Their suppliers were way far behind in delivering orders. Despite this Joe helped me to understand what was out there and what I should be looking at and what I should be looking for in the future. He and Alan were such a great help to me. And they were just so so pleasant. I really appreciated their help and their kindness. I spoke to Anthony the owner and he was very kind as well. Definitely a great place to go get stone but give them a chance to build up that stock again.

In addition to lumber they have a small shop with things you'd use for woodworking projects. Any time I am looking at bowed or mangled pieces of lumber at a big box store I wish I had just gone to L Sweet. I want to go back but their business hours are a bit limited during times I am free and my car is too small to handle most of what I would want to buy. As we entered the building, it seemed that everyone was occupied with phone calls, another customer, figuring out pricing, etc, so it did take a little time for someone to notice we were there and wait on us, unfortunately. Finally, a very helpful person, Rick, arrived and immediately asked us for all of the details and began to make numerous phone calls to check with specific companies determining if particular products were available in colors and styles. This gentleman was extremely patient particularly when my friend was unsure as to colors and style. He also indicated that he wold work in tandem with the contractor so that there would be consistent coordination.
