Amazing Artists!!! I had 2 artists face painting and doing balloon animals for my daughters first birthday. I call them artist because that is exactly what they are. They are not your typical basic face painters. They do art work on faces. I, along with my guests were super happy with their service and performance. She was calm and patient with every child, but still made my daughter feel like a special guest of honor at the party. Similar to the other recent reviewer, I also was asked by many guests "Where did you find her?! She's great!" We had a few more guests than expected and Weni stayed late to make sure no kid went home unpainted. I'll also add that Weni was a great communicator prior to the party. She sent the contract the same day I called her and followed up with an email a few days before the party to confirm that she would be coming. I found Peppermint Mill on Yelp and was able to book them for my son's first birthday party. We had Steve as our balloon twisting artist and Astrid as our face painter. They were both GREAT! The kids loved them and were so excited with how their balloons and faces came out! When balloons popped, Steve was nice enough to notice and make the kids new ones! Astrid is great at making custom designs. Whatever you showed her, she could make on your arm, face and wherever you wanted. Surprisingly, the adults at the party wanted some artwork done too! I had to ask Steve and Astrid to stay an extra 30 minutes because of the adults! Steve is great at organizing the kids and keeping me posted on how many people they could do.
