Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

After learning how to get a permit and paying $25.01 for it I send multiple texts to Jamie and waited for a response. I finally had to email him to get a response. The last email he changed his mind! He suggested "I recommend having a mechanical company--whoever did your furnace and AC--take a look to see if they have a better solution" I thought the customer was right when asking for something I've done before that I know works. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me a lot sooner! No very happy with this company.

This company offers a product called Leafaway Gutter Protection System that purports to provide…read moreclog-free gutters. It is a sham. Worse, they offer a lifetime clog free warranty but deny warranty claims on the ground that the clogging is due to normal wear and tear and needs normal maintenance not covered by the lifetime warranty. In other words, there is never a clogged gutter that would be covered as you would be told to clean the gutters yourself of the clogging, the very issue that is supposed to be avoided by the Leafaway system. Don't waste your money on them or their products.
