He had me pop the hood, then proceeded to assess how hard the lightbulb would be to replace, and then just replaced it right then and there! Since I had bought a pair of lightbulbs (a better deal for a future light out), he replaced the other one, too! Then, he told me "no charge"! I certainly wasn't expecting that! My bulbs were pretty straightforward. I have had cars where they had to go through the wheel well, and I know with some cars they have to take the whole bumper off, so it can take hours of labor to change a bulb, so just because mine was no charge (because it was so easy) doesn't mean yours will be. Now, I have a 2015 SUV in great condition, and I am still not sure whether or not I want to trade it in before winter or not. I did just buy a house, and I am a full-time student in Brainerd, so I know that my debt to income ratio is not appealing to banks at this time. I mean, all I have is my Army pension to live on at this time, so I don't want to over burden myself. When I was in there they wouldn't let me leave. They knew I wasn't comfortable with the whole situation and I made them promise they would not to ding my credit which I've been working so hard to improve over the past three years. They did, big time. I got my credit report today after many alerts, and they did ding my credit 52 POINTS. 52 POINTS!!! How long will that take me to get that back? Do not go there.
