Manager is always talking down to customers when I visit and it's on a frequent basis. I have found expired products that's they're selling when I get home to open them and bad thing is all sales are final no returns and they know they're selling expired products which is gross. I was told by one of the associates(Natalie W) that due to covid-19 protocol, they're unable to assist in color matching for the customers. I specifically asked if I may exchange a product in the event of the shade not being the right fit for my skin tone, to which she answered that I could as long as I exchange from the same brand. I returned to the store (which is 25 miles away from where I live) on Saturday May 21st to exchange for the correct shade. I was told by associate Erin that it was against your store policy to exchange or return anything that wasn't defective. Since this contradicted what Natalie told me on my initial visit, Erin told me that she would go speak with her manager. We waited patiently for the manager to come and speak with us, only to be met with an unjustified, utterly stand-offish attitude. She restated the store policy, and told us that there's nothing she can do for me. No apology, no regard for how I was misled, inconvenienced and lost money on a product I can't even use. Upon exiting she proceeded to tell us to have a "great rest of our day" in a sarcastic manner. My boyfriend who was with me at this point and witnessed her behavior went back in and spoke with her again. He voiced how neither of us appreciated how she as the manager chose to handle the situation. She then replied to him and said "Just so that neither of us are wasting our time, why are you here?" He asked why she found it necessary to be so rude to us. She then said "I show respect to those who show me respect." My boyfriend then asked her when either of us were disrespectful to her. She responded saying "You were rudely staring at my employee when she went to get me to cone and speak with you." He replied, informing her that we were just talking casually amongst ourselves and waiting to see if she was coming back or if she was helping other clients, which wasn't even an issue. He then told her that even in that moment, she had just been rude to him, implying that a conversation with him was a waste of her time. After that he told her that our expectations from her as a manger would be to give an apology on behalf of her team as a bare minimum considering we were provided misinformation. She then said "So are you just here to give me a lecture?" He then responded and said "I'm just telling you how I would have handled the situation from one manager to another, and I'm simply giving you feedback as a consumer." She then said "If your girlfriend wants an apology then I can give her that, but she's not getting an exchange or refund." He then said thank you and left, and she told him to have a good day. While I completely understand the store's policy and if it had been made clear at the beginning, I would have been fine with the outcome. But overall, this has been a terrible customer service experience and the unprofessionalism and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from the manager of the store. As a manager, it was her responsibility to fix her employees mistakes, not give the customer unnecessary attitude. DO NOT GO HERE

As I waited there was a display of products on the checkout counter which had no tops or packaging on the so I thought they were testers. With this the clerk came over and insisted I purchase it since I used it. I explained that I thought it was a tester since it was opened with no cap or packaging. She then becomes the manager who in a threatening manner advised me that I must pay for that product or else! Since I'm not a person who has ever encountered such a strange situation I paid the $29.00 for the product I told her I didn't want. This is the worst management style I have ever experienced. I plan to notify the corporates office and hope that no one else ever is placed in this position. Absolutely awful people working there and I advise staying clear of business that operate like this. I had previously selected A Divine Beauty to do my hair and makeup services after two trials with other vendors. I never wear makeup so I needed to shop around to see what I was comfortable with, and the trials I did before never did seem to be good for both hair and makeup with a single artist or company. I did one full hair and makeup trial and eyebrow waxing with Noelle and also a follow up to narrow the eye color choices for the big day. Allow me to also say Noelle did the best brow wax of my life, seriously. In the lead up to my wedding, Noelle did a great job of communicating and keeping in touch to answer questions, provide tips, get my look right and help reassure me that my look would be flawless. On my wedding day, it was pouring down rain and we had absolutely no cell signal to send the gate code to vendors coming in, but luckily Noelle followed the plan b directions we sent in case that issue happened. Noelle even battled a flooded bridge that almost left her car stranded on one side of the venue! We're talking a record-breaking flood! Despite the heavy rain, these ladies showed up on time and we were so excited to get started! Noelle worked her makeup magic carefully incorporating my wishes from our previous consultations. The makeup looked flawless and stayed on all night. The colors really went well with my overall look, and it just really came together. I loved looking at my wedding pictures because my skin looked so smooth, my blue eyes popped, and my lip color was lovely. Anna Claire pulled off the exact hairstyles we wanted, and worked with our different hair lengths, textures, and styles. She worked quickly and efficiently. First, even though I had 3 trials in total before and had narrowed things down pretty significantly, with all of the planning us girls never truly did settle on our day of hairstyles until Anna Claire got there. She quickly helped us narrow things down to decide what would look right despite a million things going on in the room. Also, I am VERY fussy about stray aways, and I will have a friggin meltdown if my hair starts to look like it is falling apart halfway through the event. Fortunately, I did not have that problem whatsoever and I am SO happy about that. I just feel undone if it gets like that, but my hair was tight and flawless the entire night even when it would normally start to look ragged after dancing, drinking, sweating, etc. I also could not be happier with how she made the flowers look in my hair - there weren't too many or too few, and they stayed in place all night. I got TONS of compliments on how well the makeup and hair turned out. I have to say that I really gave these ladies a tough time with very specific and fussy requests, and I was frequently not sure of how to explain what I was asking for, but they rose to the occasion! I wanted every detail to be perfect and exactly how I wanted it for my big day, and those wishes were honored. We really appreciate Noelle and Anna Claire and would recommend A Divine Beauty Boutique and Spa to anyone!
