It was Mother's Day morning, about 9 39 40.Look like they were open, but evidently they weren't.I didn't want to wash and wanted to use the vacuum.I used the car all week I work in the dirt and got it real dirty. .My wife on this mother's day was going to take it to her moms house and go to lunch. i'm a member I started vacuuming, just get three minutes down and you know who cuts the power off. I walk around to ask what happened.[[HIGHLIGHT]]She got real snarly and said we're not open yet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]We don't open till ten. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This car wash is PHENOMENAL!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I won't call out the other local car wash by name that I had been using for the past 2 years, but this car wash is leaps and bounds better than any others I've been to here in NW Florida and other states as well. This location is clean, ALL their equipment actually works, and their microfiber towels don't smell so bad you can't even use them on the outside of your vehicle. Highly recommend!!!!! read more

This is one of or probably the worst car wash I've ever been to been to a car wash that has charged five dollars less than there deluxe $15 wash that I got that has done 100 times better of a job than this one did. First off when I arrived I had barely any leaves in the bed of my truck and one ratchet strap that was attached to the truck which the workers unattached and was pretty dirty and threw it in the back of my car on a pile of clothes that I had just picked up from the dry cleaners. When going through the wash it almost feels like the services I purchased didn't even happen. And whatever I exited the wash, my car was soaking wet and still dirty in places that should have been easily removed. Whenever I got to the vacuums they were probably some of the cheapest vacuums I've seen and broke apart on me while Using. 100% would not recommend. read more

This is for their new location at Five Points in Pace with an Ultimate wash. Pro's I like the air hose at the vacuum's to blow off debris in tight locations. Vacuums works well and hoses have good length. Tire clean was good. Cons Car wash is HORRIBLE. If your car is totally flat on top it might do an okay job, but if you have any bends or curves the machine completely misses it. Even the flat pieces weren't very clean. The soap was there but washed away before it did any good. I will not be back. read more

This is by far one of my absolute favorite car washes not only because of it's cost effectiveness but also because of the outstanding customer service. I have a Corvette Z06 and I've never had an issue going through this wash. I always get the Ultimate package, which is the whole shebang for $18. At the beginning of the service while the attendants are scrubbing the front and sides, I always ask them to turn the brushes off, which ensures the safety of my paint job while going through. I've been to this place numerous times and have never gotten any scratches or dings. HALLELUJER! I especially love the complimentary vacuum stalls; their hoses have excellent suction power! And the cleaning cart is always stock full of heavy duty cloth towels and window cleaner. They also have Armor All multi-surface cleaning wipes, Armor All protectant wipes, glass cleaning wipes, and tree air fresheners. I can't say enough great things about this business. I live 40 minutes away, which is a bit of a haul to get a car wash, but it is well worth the times spent. I love this place! read more

This is my go to every time I visit my parents. I used to have to drive all the way to Fairfield and Pace because the free vacuums are a necessity when you travel with 3 dogs. Most times I go, someone that works there walks by to make sure I'm good and happy with my visit. I've never had that anywhere else. The convenience of the location itself wins me over but the customer service does too. read more

I know car washes can be hit or miss but we apparently visited in the right day. Got there at opening (10am) and the crew was on point. Purchased the $12 wash which is in line with prices in TN. 3 crew members had brushes in hand as I drove up and they washed front, rear and side mirrors. Even sprayed something on the lower sides. Car came out clean and ready to roll. Well worth the money to knock off the bugs while in vacation. read more

I love this place! The car wash is not too expensive & it actually washes then fully rinses my car! I love the "bug station" that allows me to scrub the dried, stuck on insects that dot my front end. But my fave is the air nozzle that gets into the small crevices of my interior that my dog's hair loves to hide! I can air out the hair/dirt & suck it up with the vacuum. I also usually leave with a good-smelling, complimentary scented mirror hang. I try to schedule a visit to Perdido Auto Spa once a month, but I always leave with a great looking car! read more

I filled out the report and the employee looked at the camera and called the owner. While he had the owner on the phone, he walked outside with the phone to the other employee. I was told that the Owner would call me the next day. I did not receive a call from the owner, but from the manager that just kept repeating herself like a robot. She said that they do not have any equipment that causes scratches. I attempted to explain to her about what the employee said and the phone call the employee made, but she kept interrupting me. I had to tell her let me talk. After explaining everything to her, she just kept saying we do not have equipment that causes scratches so there is nothing we can do. This is a cover-up if I ever seen one. If you look at the reviews you will see where other customers had the same problem with the same outcome. Rudeness and don't care attitude. Paid for the 18.00 cat wash pulled up in my truck. First women sprayed the right side another women directed me In. Then as she sprayed the truck she notified me that she will not be do the blowers as there is loose trash in my bed. Dirt and gravel. I assure you it was barely there. The reason I'm there is to get truck cleaned. I enquirer as to no blower determination and she replied to pull around and dry it myself. I get it, but she needs some customer service training. How about hey I know you paid for the big daddy but we can't dry you off. I'll credit you for not blowing your vehicle. Is that ok ? BTW at the end of the wash she blew my truck. A true hometown car wash. Most employees live here in Perdido and they care about what kind of job they are doing, a rare thing these days! Love the air nozzles for cleaning your interior and water hose for cleaning Weathertech mats. read more

Pros: 1. Very nice facility. 2. Very clean. 3. Feels safe 4. Car wash does a good job (as it should). 5. Has compressed air guns to help get stuff out of the nooks and crannies. Cons: 1. Pricey. (On the high side) 2. Vacuums aren't all that strong 3. Usually has microfiber towels and window cleaner to use - however my last visit it wasn't available. Makes it hard to wipe off the tire shine off the wheels. I'm glad Perdido finally got one. I was driving across town to Zips to get one. I would use it a lot more if the prices weren't soo high. read more

I started taking my new Chevy truck to this car wash. Had the truck a few weeks and probably used this car wash 3 times. I noticed a few little scratches and scuffs on my truck. Didnt put 2 and 2 together at first, until I used the wash the 4th time and saw major scratches on my front end skid plate. I took the truck to the manager to explain that their wash was damaging my vehicle. The manager said that they would check the camera footage of my truck going through the wash and call me back. (Never even put eyes on the actual damage to my truck). The manager called me back and said that they didnt see evidence the wash was damaging my truck. I checked my wife's vehicle as she also used the wash a few times. Same types of scratches to her vehicle and a broken roof antenna! It stinks that Perdido finally got a carwash, supposidly locally owned, and I cant continue to support the business. If you have a new vehicle or good paint job, beware! I bet I wont be the first nor last to report damage. read more

This is definitely the best car wash around, thank you for hand washing the bugs off my front bumper (which doesn't happen at PitStop car wash in Foley) and for the rags and glass cleaner available to use (which also doesn't happen at PitStop in Foley) our cars always look sparkly and the wheel wash gets my rims clean too. My husband and I both have memberships. I'm happy with the cleaning but several times we have come to get the car washed 30-45 minutes before closing and they already had the entrance blocked off. Once they told me I couldn't vacuum because they were closing but it was at least 25 minutes before time. Very frustrating. read more

Thorough process from start to finish. If you have a truck they have a truck bed clean station before your wash. Staff very friendly and helpful, the vacuums worked great and the towels and window cleaner provided at no charge to give your car that extra clean look. read more

Took my car in and I was immediately impressed that they have employees and not just a one man button pusher. I was really amazed at how clean my car looked. The vacuum suction is powerful and the best kept secret is the air gun that gets those hard to reach areas or even to blow off excess water. That little spray gun changed my life.
