Overall, this is a good car wash. I really like the convenience of the location and the fact that they offer full-service cleaning for both inside and out. I took my Toyota Sequoia, and the total came out to about $34 with tax, which isn't bad considering today's prices. The staff was friendly and provided good service. It took around 30 minutes from start to finish on a day that wasn't too busy. The car looked clean overall, but they did miss a few noticeable spots, especially some sand from the beach that should've been easy to catch while vacuuming. Aside from that, the wash was solid, just not exceptional. It's one of those places where you'll get a decent clean for a fair price, but not top-of-the-line results. They're decent for the area. No issues and usually pretty quick in their service depending on what you choose.

Why is there such a major difference between this location and the one on 9th? Clean is clean. This is the second time I've used this location but will not any longer. Have had to send the car back both times at this location for very obvious issues that were missed. Trash not taken out of the car. Sat in the outdoor seating area and there were ants all over the place. When you pay a good amount of money to have your car cleaned it should be cleaned and inspected by the staff. The manager looked at the car from a distance with the doors open as a sign of inspection. This time was worse than the first. read more

Do you want a damaged car? A poorly washed car? Or even a car wash to make you go home and clean your car again? YOUR AT THE RIGHT CAR WASH THEN. I got my car washed and detailed inside and out. My car is now greasy, smells like cheap plastic, and is scattered with water marks. The best part is that I had to drive home and clean the entire car AGAIN. Sadly they have put armor all on my interior which now feels like I'm grabbing a greasy chicken wing every time I drive. And when I got in my car there's a PIECE OF MY CAR IN THE CENTER CONSOL?! I have no idea where the piece came from but I was spitting mad driving home with a car that now looked 10x worst than when I brought it there. Worst car wash ever. Even after showing them they hadn't cleaned the dash, they wiped the face of it and not the top. I was just over it. Paid for their best cleaning and somehow my car seemed dirtier when I left. Please don't waste your money on this place. Pure garbage!! read more

I like their detail to attention when I get my car wash and vacuum here but when I went today I wanted a basic vacuum and car wash so my car can feel clean, they were really trying really hard to persuade me to spend more for more money instead of giving me a detailed list of prices, I've been here numerous times and sometimes it's different people but today they were trying really hard to get me to spend . That is the reason I am rating 2 stars otherwise I would rate 4 or 5 stars. I don't like it when someone tries to persuade me after I come and know exactly what I want after I already said the first time what I already wanted . Went to sparkling image today to try them out because I just wanted a nice car wash to scrub off bugs and my interior vacuumed and wiped clean. My interior wasn't dirty but I was hoping for everything to be wiped clean anyway. However, after receiving my car back it doesn't seem like anything inside was wiped down at all. The exterior looks better but honestly I could've done a way better job at cleaning my own car rather than paying $69.86 for the deluxe dash, doors, & console with the full service car wash. My car was basically washed and lightly vacuumed. If you're a picky clean person like me, I suggest you wash and vacuum your own car. That was a let down. read more

This used to be my go to car wash. In the last 6 months or so it's gotten really bad. Only been there a couple times recently but I'm done with them now. Purchased a $50 super shine that was a complete waste of money. They didn't vacuum the back and there were areas of dust still on the dash. I had them pull it back to redo. Didn't really inspect after that. Pulled out and down the road. Still multiple areas where they missed. This happened twice. My fault for going back I guess. Done with them. read more

Don't go here. I should have checked the reviews because it was quite pitiful. I paid 200 for a full detail inside and out. I waited on my ride for an hr and no one had touched my car during that time. I pick it up 3 hours later and there are spots all over it. I nicely informed them of the spots that I could smear with my finger and requested to get it cleaned. The man looks at me and said it would take too much time. Excuse me? I was so pleased with the work efficiency. I came into here over the weekend to get my truck washed. The inside was covered in dirt , the outside was nasty and covered in bugs. They cleaned up the inside well but I still had bugs covering the front. A guy in a grey shirt named Brody assisted me. I was so pleased with his attitude and the way he carried himself. I told him I was not pleased with the way the front look and without hesitation Brody helped me out and got all the bugs off which I was highly satisfied with. He apologized for the inconvenience and was extremely nice and helpful. Just wanted to say thank you for making my truck look new again and thank you to Brody for letting me leave satisfied and very pleased with the service and all around attitude of the environment. Was a very good car wash about 2 years ago. I've given up on them. The last time I went my windows were not clean. I cleaned the plastic that goes around the bottom before I had the car wash and one of the girls stepped on it and never cleaned it. I'm looking for something better for nicer cars. Check the front of your car before you leave. I watched my car come out with heavy bugs still on the front of the car and they guy looked at the front right at the bugs and still took it to be dried to go. The guy who wiped down the windows and wheels then saw the bugs and proceeded to scrub them off with a rag. A third guy walked by and noticed what he was doing and helped. When they called me over there were still smeared bugs. I pointed it out and he told me it was chips in the paint. There were bugs on the lights still so I knew it wasn't just chips in the paint so I told him I wasn't happy with it and asked him to run it through again. Instead of running it through the sprayed in and continued to scrub it with their rags. They called me back and it looked better but not perfect and when I got in the car I could still see the smeared bugs on the windshield. Needless to say I won't be going back to them even though I've used them for years when they were a different company. Not happy with the way they didn't get my car cleaned hoping I wouldn't notice and made excuses when I pointed it out instead of taking initiative to get it cleaned. read more
