First time visit and it was absolutely disappointing! Pay 20.00 for a car wash and you'd expect a good job. The wash was absolutely subpar. There was still residu from bird crap on the hood, the dryer on the compressor for the air hose was apparently "malfunctioning" and water was spraying out with the air, and the tire shine mixed with mud and dirt completely coated my rims, which I had to clean off myself! The manager was full of excuses and didn't offer anything to make it better! I contacted them online and nothing... Find a different wash there are better choices in town. Wash on 4/13/24 read more

Pay for the most expensive car wash took my jeep through there and my jeep didn't get washed. So I let one of the employees know and show her and she says... "Ma'am we have to turn off some things because it's a jeep. I said so I pay for a membership, which I canceled. And you should let people know that the jeep will. Not be clean after it's ran through. read more

Do NOT join their "club"! They will charge your card monthly even after you tear the bar code off your window! Then you have to pay each time AND they charge your card until infinity!! Not a bad car wash at all but f'ing shady business dealings! read more

I give this carwash a solid 3 stars. Cool things: 1. They offer a membership program, and you can go as often as you want in any given month using that membership. 2. They give you free air fresheners. Bummers: 1. The wash always pushes my passenger mirror either forward or backward, so even if everything else was perfect, I always have to get out of the car and walk around to fix my mirror. 2. The dryer portion of the wash is trash. 3. You have to do everything yourself. I think if you're going to have a wash like this, it would be the perfect opportunity to have a detailing area, where the employees at least towel off your car for you and vacuum it out. However, this is not the case, so anything extra you want, you have to do yourself, including wipe all the blue weird stuff off your car that comes from the wash. 4. It's a little pricy - again, key point, since you're doing basically all of the work, you might as well go to a cheaper wash. read more

Customer service when we got there was great. Everything else was not. They charged $20 for a deluxe car wash. This is a brand new, leased vehicle. Not a scratch was on it. These were taken right after. Some of the scratches go straight through the paint. I called management but haven't heard back. I'm beyond frustrated at how much this is going to cost. read more

$3 Monday is an awesome value, however my mom's wheelchair lift was broken because attendant didn't adjust settings on the equipment. They have video cameras that show "what" happened. I Called customer service and Manager was rude almost abusive. I was going to sue the company in small claims court just because of his behavior but I decided to fix it myself. So beware if they break it they're not going to be fair and fix it. read more

I knew that you select the wash you want at a kiosk, but I had hoped there would be better descriptions of the offerings so I could choose. Ultimately I chose the cheapest offering at $5. It must have been obvious that I was a first-timer because one of the employees came over to see if I needed assistance. I explained that I wasn't sure what the offerings were and he explained them. I told him I had decided on the cheapest one. He told me that I should speak with him if I was not satisfied with my choice. Well, I needn't have worried. I have been through many automatic car washes before and this one is by far the best. The cycle is longer than most. The water pressure is strong do that the dirt comes off. And there are lots of cleaning strips to make sure the entire car is cleaned. The next offering costs $8 and cleans and shines the wheels. I'll opt for that next time. The kiosks are nice and easy to work but that's the only good thing about this place. I paid for the premium $20 dollar car wash and the machines couldn't remove anything but dust. I had specs of paint chipped all along one side of my vehicle which goes all the way down my vehicle in the same location. My mirrors still had bugs on them and other blemishes. The vacuums seemed as if there was a golf ball stuck in numerous ones, they had no power and struggled to pick up sand. read more

The place is located conveniently but there is something always broken and not working and it takes a long time for it to be fixed... the top of the line wash is $40 monthly limited washes while the new one on 9 mile offer more service in their ultimate wash for $30 monthly limited... the $3 Monday basic wash is the only time I go to rich wash... read more

Jesse and Josh were amazing and so very helpful. Jesse hopped in the back of my work truck and power washed all the dirt from the bed. They never give out air fresheners to members of the wash club like other competitors do. Vacuums always lack suction and many times I have come to wash and despite membership the placard is not properly read and I have to pay for wash. read more

Ive been a member for 2 years and I seldom get the complimentary air freshener. I always look forward to it since I have the expectation of receiving one every visit from the Rich's in California. I'm more often disappointed that the staff fails to acknowledge the upgraded wash status. I believe training for all the members should be conducted to rectify this problem. I also have to search for a good vacuum with strong suction since there are many that barely suck well. If it were not for the convenient location I would cancel my membership in. Rich's Car Wash is the second best car wash in Pensacola. I like them because they're closer to where I live. They would be the best car wash in town if they would provide the machine that washes the floor mats. Other than that, they are very good and give good service. I would become a regular loyal customer if they would just provide the floor mat cleaning machine. They do have fast friendly service and the most powerful vacuums so I like that. They just need to listen to their customers request and then they would bring in regular loyal customers. read more

Horrible car wash. Difficult to enter so close to exiting traffic the front of my vehicle still has bugs on the bumper and hood. The vacuums are sub par at best. They don't provide a mat cleaner or any chemicals to help finish washing your car. read more

Awful, I recommend you AVOID this place like the plague. Weak vacuums and my truck was NOT clean, a 6 year old could have done a better job. The "tire shine" special is a JOKE. A complete waste of my time and money. Lesson learned. read more
