I had nutgrass, crabgrass, and every weed known to modern man. I sprayed this with a pump-up sprayer. And month later, I'm still having weeds die. Since the stores I usually shop at didn't have jicama this week I thought I'd go to Bailey's and pick some up. Wouldn't you know it? They didn't have any jicama! I asked and the workers looked in the walk in refrigerator for me, but unfortunately they were out. They do normally carry it, though. This place offers so many varieties of produce, it's hard to complain. It's kind of a fun environment, feels kind of like a farm stand, but they offer lots of canned and baked goods, too. Additionally, they are a nursery. I didn't look at the plant selection, but I can only imagine it must be great based upon the items offered in the store. Prices are on the higher side, and there are products that either aren't marked, or in some cases posted prices are incorrect. I like the vibe and the variety so I'm sure I'll be back.

Most are not in need of a huge amount of light, but I don't have a suitable window where I can keep plants so ... I wish I had caught the name of the fellow that helped us out. He was awesome. From the get go, he's one of those people you just feel free and easy about. I explained what I needed, and he had very suitable lights at a very reasonable price. These lights are expandable and upgradeable if I decide I need more powerful lighting. He didn't try to up-sale me to anything beyond what I needed, which I utterly appreciate. The store is really awesome as well. I wish we'd had more time to poke around to see everything to see! He has all kinds of things growing and just in short conversation I can tell he has experience growing a lot of different things. All in all, if you are a gardener (hydroponic or not) or a houseplant enthusiast this is a great place to go!!
