Once Efren Felix found new people to work for him, possibly for cheaper than I was being paid, he decided that he no longer needed my help, despite the fact that I've been learning how he works, I've used and have been learning all his equipment, I can drive a truck and trailer and also have a valid license but he still decided I was no longer useful. Moral of this review is, Efren Felix is the most unprofessional business owner ever who would rather think and stress more about money and jobs than think about the employees who have to deal with his selfish attitude. I put the word out that I needed someone to replace the valves. Within a day I was contacted by Lucas the owner of 208 Irrigation and Landscape. Even though he was booked out the next week, he scheduled to take care of my issue within a few days. Showed up on a Sunday morning of all days. and within 24 hours had the hole dug out, sprinkler line feed and valves moved to a more reasonable depth at my request and completed. We were going to hold a baby shower in September and figured the lawn service should be able to get the yard in shape before then. My main concern were weeds in flower beds and garden plus my daughter wanted mulch in side beds with weed screen . Terry also suggested a plastic border that they would install . All this was discussed with Terry and was quoted a weekly fee that seemed HIGH but, I figured it was because they needed to do so much . A couple of weeks prior to baby shower our daughter and son in law were mulching the beds themselves because it was never done! Finally, I called Terry and reminded him that he was hired to get the yard looking good prior to Baby shower and it was fast approaching. They did clean up side yard but , the front &back yard bedding areas were never addressed still had weeds and he never completed what he said he would do . Today I recieved a huge bill for services rendered and I feel like I was riped off ! Do not hire this man or his crew !

I authorized them to come into our back yard if necessary to better access them. As they were leaving our back yard via the side gate, my wife heard a bang and an expletive. We didn't think anything of it at the time, but two days later, we discovered parts of the gate broken off and leaning up against the side of the house right next to the gate. I called the property manager to identify the landscaping company and get their phone number. After calling, they sent the workmen back out to investigate. I showed them the damage and they claimed that they found it that way. After a bit of escalation, they told me that their supervisor would call to work it out. For over two weeks, I have not heard anything even after attempting to follow up both directly and through the property manager. 6/13 UPDATE: I received a follow-up call with an apology and commitment to resolve this. The lack of response was due to some unfortunate and understandable circumstances. I will update my review when appropriate.

Grass always looked great and trimming my 200+ plants/bushes/trees on that property was always professionally done. Since have downsized to a smaller house and yard. Tony and crew came out and removed several invasive trees from a small yard and just completed an awesomely cool water feature with original looking plants, sandstone boulders, big slabs of turquoise quarts (I think) and river rock. Pump flow is adjustable from the bubbler rock and secondary hidden outlet and both streams have a couple different little falls that 'fall' perfectly. Wish I had before pictures, completely different feel in the back yard now from stuffy and overgrown to relaxing and calm.
