DO NOT PAY them til all the cleanup is completely done. They left us with the tree trunk sections and large branches on the street and said they would be back. They also left their long ladder in our yard, so I figured they would be back for that for sure. 4 days later, they got the trunk sections. "we'll be back" and then the lying started for 2 more weeks! We had to hire someone to take the branches off the street. "I GOTCHA" like don't worry he had me covered, he would say on the phone and even said a time he would come a couple times and never did, and never called. A week and a bit later (now 3 weeks after the tree cutting), Enoch shows up for his ladder. I left a message before that and said I would get rid of it, guess he did not want it. Unreal the lies that kept on and on for weeks. Enoch owes us $100 for the branches we had to pay a neighborhood lawn service to take them away. I GOTCHA.

He was soliciting work Because we had two very large dead oak trees in our front yard. At first, Josh appeared, professional and knowledgeable, and he assured us that he could have a crew and equipment on site immediately. He pressured us to pay in full before any word began stating that he needed the money to secure rental equipment and pay his workers. Against our better judgment, and because he insisted this was the only acceptable form of payment for a job. This size we paid him $14,500 in cash. Within within an hour, the crew arrived and began cutting. Not even 30 minutes into the job a large branch was dropped, crushing our shed and damaging our well system. Immediately after causing the damage, the crew packed up and left the property without explanation and never returned. We attempted to contact Josh multiple times, but he refuses to answer or take responsibility. We filed a report with the sheriffs office, but were told it is considered a civil matter. At this point it feels like we are dealing with a clear case of fraud yet as the saying goes, you can't get blood from a stone.

The Tree was dropped and while talking to a few employees it was clear they were worried about being paid and asked if i could pay them directly, I did not know what to say and seemed Matt was abit upset at them for asking the least I could do was to prepare a nice lunch for them with unlimited bottled water as it was very warm.
