This place is RIDICULOUS! They ordered the wrong tire TWICE. Then they put on the tire on while lying and saying it will be fine. Come to find out it is NOT fine whatsoever. The tires are clearly 2 different sizes. Asked for all seasons and of course they are not. The car is now driving funky. Made multiply phone calls and they say "it is going to work fine" but clearly it is not if the car doesn't drive as smooth anymore. This is endangering me and everybody else on the road as having mixed matched tires is a leading factor to car accidents. But of course they refuse to make it right ... NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP. My husband brought in our Honda Pilot for shocks, tire replacement and balancing. The service was not good. The staff was in a rush. Waited for over 3 hours. After driving the car this weekend we notice a shaking and vibrating on the driver side. Took it in this morning to another shop to find the driver tire was missing a bolt and the tires were never balanced. This new place provided great fast service. My family and I have been coming to Perez for years and the customer service received today was horrible. I dropped my car off for 2 new tires and alignment and paid in full. Was told it would be 1.5hours and they would call me. Waited over 2.5 hours and called them to see if it was ready. Was informed it was and no apology for not calling me. I arrived and the receptionist tried to charge me again. As I informed her i already paid and after going back and forth she remembered I did. Again, no apology. Handed me the invoice and my keys. Once I got home after talking to my husband and asked if I got the alignment report which i didn't. I called back and the same lady answered and said yes it's here i stapled it to the receipt from when you paid. I explained how unhappy i was with the customer service and if that's how it will be in the future we won't be returning customers and she replied "that's fine!" Once I got there she circled the time of the alignment print out with was 50 minutes before I had to call and ask if my car was ready. She said this is when it was done and i said that's fine and i called you almost an hour after and she argued with me until i showed her the time on my phone. Then proceeded to tell me they were busy and that was why. Still, no apology was given. Tire shops are a dime a dozen in that area, customer service should not be that bad in the first place let alone when you want returning customers who used to refer people. Alignment for my 3rd gen Tacoma was done in less than 30 min! They open Saturdays 8am. They sell New tires, fix flats and do rotations. Looks like they also do off road lifts. I brought my car in for a break pad and tire change and my AC was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off but when I picked it up, it started blowing hot air. I called them the next business day and they didn't even want to look at my car and offered no resolution. Side note: I brought my car to the dealership for service two weeks ago so all of my fluids and everything were changed/inspected. I opted to hold off on the break pad and tire change to save a few dollars. Lesson learned. The dealership would've been more expensive, but at least they've never broken my AC. read more

Please do not buy tires here. My tires didn't last more than 24k miles w 60k warranty but they did not honor the warranty because they didn't do the rotation. It's very deceptive and dishonest, and you will be out of luck getting new tires in 1 or 2 years. They will also sell you non brand tires, and those companies go out of business so another reason they won't cover the warranty. read more

Friendly service, family business, I recommend calling ahead for price quotes in your repair. They are actually honest and won't do a brake repair if you don't need it. The prices are fair and not negotiable. They are attentive to your needs but can get quite busy. They do have a small waiting room for customers to relax while waiting for their repairs to be completed. A few months later and I'm back for brakes. Took my truck here for some tires but I also needed the TPM's changed because the battery had worn out (come to find out it was 4 out of the 5 including the spare) very transparent and reasonable. When the where changing the TPM for the spare they noticed that the tire was kinda bad they offered to put one my good used tires on there. I felt I got a very fair deal. These guys aren't looking to get rich off of you they're just running a business. Do your self a favor skip the big box tire shops that have quotas to make and come to Perez tire. read more

This included taking the sensors off the existing rims/tires and transferring them over. The put the original tires back on the original rims and inflated them to spec just in case I wanted to use them for something else. read more

Had a slow leak where I had to add air every other day.. got real annoying. I called up Perez Wheels & Tires and asked pricing on patchwork and the guy told me $15. I didn't set an appointment and just pulled up and got in line only to find out about 10 minutes later that I forgot the special key for one of my security wheel nuts. I let them know I was gonna go back home and get it, came back about 20 minutes later, and they had me go right in. I didn't have to wait for the new people that showed up after I left so that was really awesome of them. The price was exactly as quoted, service was quick and my tire isn't leaking anymore. Definitely will go back here for my Tire related needs! A few notes, 1. They have an outside waiting area that you can wait and keep your social distancing. 2. Everyone wore their masks 3. I called like few times they said tires is $50.00 installment out the door. Since i will bringing in my tires. I even confirmed with the another gentleman before getting it installed. After when they finished. The older gentleman said $50 + $10 recycle fee. Should of told me that in the beginning. I've been there serve times and never had this problem. I'm not being cheap about $10 recycle fee just the fact he making every excuse to make a dime from you. The workers are friendly and nice. I was going to ask them order tires for my truck, but forget it take i rather pay a little more and take my business somewhere else. I've been here more 4 times but this will be my last time. When I finally got my wheel back they said it should be fixed now. APPARENTLY ONCE YOU DRIVE OFF THEIR "HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY OF WORK " are out the window because my rim is still bent and got a flat tire! I had to take it to another tire shop because they are closed on Sunday and the gentleman asked me who did this S****y repair? I he pointed out the poor welding job and my rim was still bent! Recently came here and was filled with disappointment. My sister recently spoke with manager/owner regarding her car. She needed an alignment done. My brother recently replaced all the struts and a few other things. When we showed up an hour before opening because the manager/owner says we can drop off the car before they open---an employee told us he couldn't and wouldn't work on our car because it needed struts and a few other things. Took a second employee to come out and tell him that those parts were brand new. We took off and went someone where else. Maybe because we're females? Went in to buy "new" tire I got a new tire from 2008 and it formed a huge air bubble on the threads and not the sidewall so it should get warranted because I bought it from them 3 months ago, but they won't. Because they have no way of finding the receipt for the tire they just tried using a phone number which they did get from but got it wrong and I had to call to confirm they had delivered the tire before I took it. and I threw the receipt away thinking it's a new tires it should last me at least year and half but that wasn't the case. I went to purchase a used tire on 02/05/2022 with my boyfriend. It came out to $40 plus $4 tax for one tire plus installation. I left the shop feeling safe due to the good reviews on here and google. Please keep in mind I live less then 10 minutes away from their shop. I drove straight home parked my car and did not move it till I tried going somewhere around 10 pm. As soon as I was pulling out my tire popped. Not knowing why it happened I had to wait till the morning till I can get someone to inspect it, which is when I found the tire had a leak. I understand it's a used tire, but times are tough and I am not in a position to buy new. The least I should expect from purchasing a used tire is that it won't get flat within the day of purchase. I am upset because a customer should feel confident in driving out of the shop and given if i was in any other situation like driving on the freeway this could possibly be life threatening. All I ask is for the shop to pay close attention to detail and not recklessly give people a faulty tire. I had to go get it patched somewhere else since they are closed on Sundays . Service was fast and seamless, but in this situationI would've preferred if they had taken their time. read more
