Just PSA you can have the same patch and tire pressure services on your tires done for free at American tire. Have been coming here for a while to do work on my car and it seems every time I'm in the lobby the receptionist there is always fighting and arguing with someone. The most recent visit on 05/07/2025 she was ringing up my total and started arguing with me that she had not charged me, even though I clearly showed her the charge both on my bank account and on the machine charge history. She even printed out a receipt of the charge and still wanted me to pay again, claiming she had "voided" the charge when I could clearly see her pushing the "cancel" button instead of the "void" button, when trying to explain to her the difference she insisted on being extremely rude and unprofessional. She insulted me despite knowing I'm a loyal customer of years It's really unfortunate that their mechanic is going to loose business on account to someone's bad attitude but I will never be returning to this shop. read more

Got a nail in my rear passenger tire. Always pass this place on way to work and home so decided to try them out now that I really tire repair. The guy that helped me was very nice and polite. They patched my tire checked the pressure on all my tires and check if they are still in good condition in less than 20 minutes and only charged me $10! Ask for change to tip but did have change so smiled and said next time you come in or when your passing by you can bring us some drinks. Very nice and funny I will be returning whenever I need tire work. As a female it's hard to find repair places that don't over charge or try make you get extra things you don't need. I called and went to numerous tire shops for an alignment on valley. All of them rejected me because none where willing to work on my (properly) lowered car. That's understandable but most shops on valley where arrogant, rude, and very unprofessional. However Rines Tires #2 where very friendly, honest, and had great customer service. Especially the shop owner Isreal Jr who was willing to align my lowered BMW. Their waiting room is very presentable and clean (unlike most on valley). They also have nice prices! I have come here several times in the past and have always gotten great service and great deals. Today however was the old bait and switch. Call them yesterday and got a price on a brand of tires I needed for my vehicle. They said they would have to order them in and we take a few hours. Needed to come in and give a deposit for that however which I'm used to. Over the phone the tires were $95 each to have them installed with tax. Today however the same tires are now $150 each plus tax plus additional fee for install. Definitely in inconvenience when you own 10 cars and you flip them as well to have a shop you go to at least 15 times a year for tires to pull this on you. read more

I took my car to them and all the car needed was a gas cap! OMG!!! That's all it needed. They replace my gas cap and showed me the old gas cap where it was cracked. WOW!!!
