I honestly wasn't sure what to do, so I came here for help. They were very helpful and fixed the issue by replacing the valve completely free of charge. They also took the time to move my spare tire to the back of the vehicle and explained why it's better not to have a spare tire on the front. I really appreciate their honesty, kindness, and willingness to help me out. They could have easily charged me, but instead they helped me without trying to upsell anything. Called around to get my Eibach stage 2 lift/level kit installed on my ram 1500. Salinas quoted me the best price and I had seen a few influencers recommend this place so I figured I would give them a shot. This location was the closest to me from the IE so I came Saturday morning at 8am when they opened and as soon as I pulled up the lot was full with cars and trucks. If it's packed as soon as they open I figured they must be good. I walked in and talked to one of the employees who came out to look at what I had to install which was a lift kit including UCA and my own wheels and tires. They gave me a price that honestly I couldn't believe how good it was so the went ahead and did the install in about 3 hours and another 30 min for the alignment so all in about 4 hours. Definitely the cheapest tires in town -- no question. That's not my complaint. My complaint is the complete lack of competence. I asked them to replace one of my beadlock tires that I'd slashed off-roading, and since the tire was already coming off the wheel, I asked them to add Counteract balancing beads. Simple. When they finally told me the truck was ready (after waiting way too long for one tire), I went out in the rain to check it -- and the tire was the same exact tire I'd brought in, same cut and all. They had literally thrown the beads into the old, damaged tire and remounted it. I pointed it out. They apologized. I asked them, for the trouble, to go ahead and put the Counteract beads in the other three tires and said I'd pay them $100 for the work. They agreed. But the Counteract bags come with the vortex valve core, cap, and flow-through valve -- all needed for the system to work properly. They threw those parts away and didn't install any of them. The next morning I checked and confirmed none of the proper components were installed. And here's the kicker: they somehow lost three of the four valve caps from my Bronco Raptor. They replaced them with tiny, cheap caps that barely cover the tip of the valve stem. On a Raptor that goes off-road -- dirt, water, mud, everything flying up -- you need the full-size caps to protect the valve assembly. Now I'm rolling around with three undersized caps and one original, because they misplaced the rest. Just unreal. I drove away, the truck shook like crazy -- obviously not balanced -- because these guys have no idea how to balance beadlock wheels. I went back, they scrambled for nearly an hour trying to find the pieces they tossed. One of the guys, Jorge Salinas, gave me his cell number and said he'd get the missing parts in a day or two. It's been days. Haven't heard a thing. Don't expect to. At this point, they can keep the parts they threw away. I'll just remount and balance the tires myself properly. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. These guys do not know how to balance beadlock wheels, and in my opinion have no business doing suspension work, lift kits, or anything requiring actual skill or precision. This was easily the most incompetent tire shop I've dealt with in Southern California. If you care about your vehicle, steer clear -- because whatever you get done here, you'll probably end up paying someone competent to redo later. read more

I recently had a 4" lift kit installed on my 2023 GMC Sierra here. Prior to moving forward with the purchase, I was in close communication with one of your associates. He quoted me $1,500 out the door for the installation of the 4" lift kit. During our conversations, I specifically emphasized that I wanted my truck to have a straight stance. After doing my own research, I learned that achieving that look would require installing a 2" rear block instead of a 3" rear block. I brought this concern to the salesman attention, and he assured me that this would be done. Additionally, before my appointment, I spoke with the salesman over the phone regarding a set of KMC wheels with 35" tires that I would be bringing with me. The wheels and tires were already mounted and balanced. I only needed TPMS sensors and lug nuts installed. The salesman informed me that the lug nuts would cost $50 and the sensors would be $5 each, totaling an additional $20 for the sensors. However, upon arrival for the installation, I experienced poor customer service. At no point did anyone come outside to inspect my truck, walk me through the installation process, or discuss the work being performed. I was simply told to leave my keys and that the truck should be ready by the end of the day. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $120 for mounting. I reminded the salesman that the wheels and tires I brought were already mounted and balanced, but I was told the charge still applied. This fee was never previously disclosed during our conversations. Most importantly, once I got home, I noticed that my truck still has a slight rake toward the front. This now makes me question whether a 2" rear block was actually installed as discussed and promised. I want to believe this situation was the result of miscommunication rather than a lack of transparency. However, the unexpected charges and the concerns regarding the final stance of my truck have left me disappointed with the overall experience. read more

Stopped into Salinas tires in La Puente cuz I had a flat. My guy recommended and not the bigger expensive places where they charge you an arm and a leg. So I came in, JT was cool. I spoke to him on the phone the day before cuz I didn't have wheel locks and wanted to make sure they could take them off. My bad, I know now.. Anyways, JT said no problem they have plenty and will replace. I was in and out in less than an hour for 2 tires. Came back because my sensor light stayed on after driving around. Guess since my truck is older, 2011 sensors get old (or Im just a dumb blonde, I don't know). Anyways, changed it out and fingers crossed it's just the 1 and NOT all 4. It was the 1 for now.
