This place is such a hit or miss i swear. One day they will do so good your lashes will stay on for weeks and then one day they will come off the next day. This is the second time now where i've came and the lashes are popped off by the next day for no reason at all. This is the last time i will be coming here to get my lashes done as it's just money wasted now. Not impressed by this place at all even after giving it another chance. read more

Like what other people said, walk ins are welcome and service is very fast BUT I personally don't recommend this place. I've been coming here HOPING that it's change and really the fast service. I think they need to start using some form of eyebrow stencils or SOMETHING. I've been here at least 5 times within the past years and they've only ever gotten my eyebrows exactly how I like once. I get that my eyebrows are a little messed up, maybe not "enough" hair and I get that but I came here hoping to clean it up. I always ask for a soft arch and I always end up leaving with very arch and thin eyebrows. Like why? You can tell that I don't do arched and thin eyebrows by how I walk in with my eyebrows. I also noticed that the eyebrows they do are EXACTLY like their eyebrows and I understand everyone have their own preferences BUT they need to seriously learn that not everyone likes those type of brows and expand their knowledge. I hate my eyebrows and what am I even supposed to do or say at the end of the service? The deed's been done and you can't give me back my eyebrow hairs that you've threaded off. This will officially be my last time here and I will be going elsewhere. Just looked at my eyebrows 2 hours later and I am getting used to it BUT tell me HOW did they make a new shape with my eyebrows? One is too arch and the end is completely upwards compared to the other one. I'm so upset right now. I'd have to literally take extra time just to fill in my brows to make it look better. If I can give no stars I would. Do better and maybe educate the workers more on how to determine brow shapes or know the difference of requests such as soft arch or straight brows and clean ups. This is NOT a clean up. If you look at the picture you'd see that she completely removed most of the hair on my right brow so now it's just thin asf. WHY ARE YOU GUYS MAKING A NEW SHAPE out of my eyebrows?! It's longer and looks like I waxed myself. Just don't come here. Period. read more

I usually only stop in every month and half to get my eyebrows done. I LOVE that walk-ins are welcome, with that said, don't make an appointment, there's no point. They take walk in eyelash extensions, waxing, everything. Expect to spend 30 mins to an hour waiting to get something done, there's usually only 1 person there. I usually request Lisa because she will use a tweezer to get the remaining hair; no one else does that. With that said, prices are WILD for a 5 minute thread with no extra care (For forehead and eyebrows $23). Last time I was there the lady took everyone else and then proceeded to walk into the waxing room. She clearly didn't like that I was there because everyone else got placed into chairs and she left me sitting when she was done. I don't understand the whole, "honey" thing. That's NOT professional, I am NOT your honey and I have asked them to stop referring to me as that. If they cared about their customers, ask me my name or call me "'miss". You are not my significant other. The cherry on top, she came back outside to tell me my payment "wasn't complete". I pulled up my credit card app and showed her the charges but she insisted that the "system didn't accept it". She continued arguing with me telling me, "it's not my fault", she couldn't even tell me what to do in the situation. It was machine/user error. it didn't ask me for a signature or tip option this time- usually it does. She basically made me come back inside so she could click a button and "ohh it worked now". I am very displeased with this business, I wouldn't even give them 1 star. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for the longest...I have never been disappointed. & recently I got a Brazilian wax and facial. It was the best experience ever! I can't remember the name of the woman who did my services, but she was amazing. During the wax she made me feel as comfortable as she could and always made sure I was okay. & the facial was amazing, I literally fell asleep and felt sooooo refreshed afterwards. I will be back! My girlfriend has gone there for over a year now, and today she came home so angry she was in tears. They wouldn't accept her stamp card for a free threading, claiming she didn't have enough stamps and that they just stamped the last one when she went to look in a mirror. Then they wouldn't refund her money when she saw they did her brows completely uneven. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they accused her of trying to steal, called the manager on the phone, and lost customers forever. Just go anywhere else. read more

I went there and asked what kind of glue was used for lashes and they told me they had one for sensitive eyes and a regular kind so as i watched lisa try and distact me from seeing the other lady pour hair glue on the lash box i was shocked! I asked her if she was using hair bonding glue she said no i could tell from the red cap!!! so you mean to tell me you are using hair glue for lashes aNd charging $15 more for "better glue" WHAT A SCAM!!! Money hungry!! I will never be back again!! I will take my money else where!! We have to Educate ourselves if we know better will do better!!!! read more

Absolutely dumbfounded by the treatment I received today at your Milwaukee location. Sumita, I have been a loyal customer for the past year and have brought in multiple friends and family. Today I came in with my stamp card because I had a free eyebrow threading. I left my stamp card at the counter to drop my tip off in the tip jar. When I came back I was told I owed money for the service today. I explained that I had already received all my stamps but your new employee accused me of lying and said that she had just stamped it (she did, she stamped over my stamp). I said whatever, it's no big deal and paid and left. I got home and my boyfriend pointed out how uneven my brows were. So I went back to your store and requested my money back. I sat there for another 5minutes while your employees called you and accused me of lying once again. What reason would I have to lie? I am upset by the treatment of a customer that has brought in business for you. All they had to do was apologize and return my money. I still can't believe it has gone to this lengths. read more
