The cancellation policy online states that if you cancel more than 3 hours before your visit, there isn't an issue, but I wasn't even texted more than 3 hours before, so this wasn't even an option for me. I think this is just a lazy way to get money out of people and reflects poorly on your ability to correspond with clients in a timely fashion.
