In the past, some days you'd have to wait for your turn to do your laundry because the place was always packed. ..now, most machines are available any day, any time. It was convenient for me, however, I made the decision to drive a bit further to another laundromat. Too bad those people are pinching pennies and losing business. I was in a rush to get this item dry cleaned as I had an important interview, otherwise I would have taken my business somewhere else. So I had no choice but to pay full price. There were also mysterious streaks on the dress. The dress was delivered in beautiful condition - streaks gone, and the silk feeling much softer and more like the original. The employee had not guaranteed the work, and was especially concerned about the streaks, which she thought could be a permanent change in colour. Very poor professionalism and bedside manner. Do yourself a favour, do NOT use this place for your alteration needs!
