That's where Pardini Construction (Owner Joel) came in and managed to impress me. Joel really cared about what the site was going to be used for and before doing anything wanted to do a site walk to look for anything weird or problematic areas. While doing a site walk seems like a no brainer some of the other companies i reached out to didn't think it was necessary or showed up kicked some dirt and said that will be $$$$. Joel came out with laser levels, measuring equipment galore, and years of knowledge/experience. After dotting the I's and crossing the T's we got everything on the calendar to start within a couple weeks. The entire way through Joel would let me know the status of certain things and follow up with additional questions if needed. There was a point where my other building contractor documentation was a little bit confusing and Joel unprompted reached out to them and hashed out everything with them for me on my behalf.
