Been coming here for years and today we had the worst experience. We got here at least 20 minutes before they closed to get our brows done. We waited for Charmi since my girls will only go with her when Reta is not here. Three of us were suppose to get them done and when the second was getting ready to sit down, Charmi got upset because it was closing time. I've been turned away twice already! There's only ONE girl in the entire place. She locks the door 20 minutes before closing so she can go home at exactly at 6:30. I get out of work at 5:30 however, with traffic it's impossible to get there before she locks the doors. the website says open until 8 and the door sign says 6:30... The inside is clean and looks new, and there are plenty of seats to sit in if people are ahead of you. It's a Saturday around noon and there are two people ahead of me, but only one employee is working right now [edit, another employee showed up at noon]. Super fast service that didn't hurt at all, I normally go somewhere down the street that what closed but decided to come here as it was the only in the area open. I was not disappointed, the process was painless and I loved the result. I always dread getting my eyebrows done since it hurts so much but this was a breeze. When the woman realized what they looked like she said "im so sorry" but still made me pay the 70 dollars it cost to mess my face up. I normally go to a salon on Marbach & 410 to get my eyebrows threaded but since my boyfriend lives on this side of town I decided to try this place. I was skeptical at first until he talked me into it. From the moment I walked in it was a bad experience, I wasn't greeted nor even looked at by the ladies who work there. When I was called to the chair it's like these ladies hate their job, no smile or welcoming feeling, just get in & get out. The lady who did my eyebrows had blonde hair and black eyebrows. This lady was doing the threading very rough and very fast, it was painful, which normally it isn't for me. Come to find out when she was done she cut me twice on both sides! Not only that! I came into town from Houston and saw all the great reviews on this place so I decided to give it a try , first I wanted it waxed cause eye brow threading hurts . The lady who waxed them just messed up the whole shape of my eyebrows! She couldn't even get the babyhairs which is the main thing ! So I asked the other lady who threads to see if she can get the baby hairs and shape my eyebrows and she did her best ! She cleaned them up good but one of my eyebrows are still shaped retarded because of the lady who waxed them . And then the lady who waxed my eyebrows had the nerve to tell me I had fungus on my scalp like what!? It's called dandruff ! I went there twice for eyebrows and a facial. I was very pleased. However, I was a walk-in and they were able to accommodate. I called and made an appointment for a facial and eyelashes done. Moved all my appointments to be there at noon only to find out that no one scheduled me and the ladies who provide these services were off for the day. completely irresponsible on their end. There are too many locations in SA to go back to a place that is not professional. won't ever go back again. if you make an appointment, I would recommend you call them a couple times before wasting your time heading over there. read more

Go to made an appointment and the owner was very accommodating. Once arriving Charmi did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I would have given 5 Stars except I had originally booked henna as well and she was not able to do it which is understandable and she is new. Overall great experience and will return soon. 4's only because there has been times were I've had to wait almost 30 min to get my eyebrows done, if you go during the wk the wait is perfect. If it's a wknd forget it :/ . They normally just have one person at all times. Other than the wait times, they both do great eyebrows, I've never had any issues plus they always have discounts! Yay! read more
