She also cleaned up my eyebrows without taking off too much in order to fix the damage that had been done by Rishis. The location is also far out my way, 30-45 minutes without traffic, but I will probably go back and definitely recommend it to my friends. I have been to every threading place with an online presence in San Antonio, and I would say Noor's is number 1 because of her attention to detail and precision.

I got maybe 5-8 minutes of numbing so the rest was pretty painful. It could've just been me/my brows not reacting well to it.
