I had to wait about 15 minutes which I didn't think was bad since they had a constant flow of customers. I did a brow map, thread, and tint. I requested to keep as much of my brow thickness as possible and that I wanted the tint to look natural because I wasn't sure how dark they usually go at this location. My brows turned out even and to the thickness I would prefer. The woman who did them kept checking with me every step to make sure I was satisfied. I will say that the tint looked like I had not even had any so I would not say natural again and maybe say lighter tint or something because the tint was a waste. Overall I was satisfied with the service. I've never had threading done before and I did notice some tiny scabbing spots a few days later but no one else would be able to tell. The only thing I really didn't like was the woman did not use gloves. Because she was touching my face and occasionally brushed against my lip I really wished she was wearing them during the service. I told her that I just wanted to take the ends off and then angle some of it, and she went to work! She was friendly and not pushy, I felt really comfortable and welcome in this salon. I mention that, because I tend to feel really awkward in salons. I'm a low maintenance gal, so this type of thing isn't something I'm confident about! She finished up and I absolutely LOVE everything she did. She is amazing and I love her now haha. Just kidding I'm not a creep, but I am incredibly happy with it. My husband went to the front desk to ask how much longer the wait would be, but the employees at the front were eating and did not provide a response. Customer service and professionalism appeared to be lacking throughout the entire visit. An eyebrow wax is a quick service, and there was no communication regarding the delay. After waiting and receiving no assistance, I ultimately chose to leave. I understand that businesses can get busy, but customers should at least be acknowledged and kept informed. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations for customer service.

She used a high-speed drill, cutting my skin three times and grinding my natural nails until they were paper-thin and painful. * Poor Service: When I asked for a new tech, the second lady had a bad attitude and was confused by a simple color request (Pink D02). The manager had to intervene just to find the bottle. * Safety Hazards: I explicitly told reception I cannot soak in acetone. The second tech ignored this and tried to wrap my fingers in acetone foil while a different chemical remover was already applied to them. They do not know basic safety or application techniques. I went in for a manicure and left with damaged nails.
