Out of business as far as we can tell. They did not want to take our $3600 fence job and told us they couldn't get fence material in for over a year. So, we went with another company and got our fence installed within weeks. Do not recommend them one bit but also think they closed their doors and are no longer in business. Hmmm. Called this company three times so far and have never received a return call back. Looking for a new fence bid for my backyard. I even stopped by the business location to see if the business exists. Their products were on site but the office door read "employee only" & no answer at the door when knocked. I want to support local business but I can't if they don't want to follow through or work. They seem to have their name plates on many fences in town so I assume they are busy but I also assume they would take the time to call someone back. I called a out of town company and they are set up to come next week. read more

I requested a quote and got a day and time for the company to come. They did not arrive so I called. I was told "oh hell, my boss threw your paperwork in the garbage." Candice said that they would still come. She then called back and questioned the address. I tried to review with her our address. She had both the street name and city incorrect. I tried again to correct it and she became huffy and asked if I wanted to do business with them as we could end it then and there. She said she was doing 6 people's jobs. She again questioned whether I wanted to do business with them. I then simply said no. I figured if this was the start of a relationship it wasn't a good one. read more

UPDATE: Management (Scott) called me back, extenuating circumstances prevented his return calls, I understood. The company has integrity. They do what they say they will do and they are very hard workers. Clean-up is very good also. I would do business with this company again anytime. read more

They were a no show. We scheduled a site walkthrough at our new home so they could provide us an estimate for a fence and they never showed up. They called two days before to confirm the appointment, and said they would call 30 minutes before their arrival, and never called. We called to see where they were and the receptionist said, "they are out and will contact you when they're on their way." No call. They never showed. Nothing. We waited for two hours at our new home (which is a 30 minute drive away) and never heard from them. We tried calling again and no one answered. Such a lack of respect for my time. read more

Do not do business with this company!!! Their quotes are way off from the completed cost -- they don't provide you with any paperwork with accurate numbers -- or any signed agreement. They then show up here and there with three guys to do the job, while one works his tail off (Mike) and the other two stand around smoking cigarettes and talking on their phone. Sometimes they show up for as short as 45 mins and other days they will be there for 3-4 hours. My job should have been completed within three days according to the guy on the ground doing the work, and this job took close to two weeks from the time they staked the job to completion because they never put in a full day's worth of work. The company charges an exorbitant amount for labor as compared to material costs and will not give you an itemized invoice no matter how many times you ask for one!! After they finally do finish the job, you don't receive a finalized invoice for three months because the secretary "lost the invoice behind her desk?" that's what she told me when she finally sent it out three months later. I asked for it to be itemized and she said it would be -- it was not. To date I have not received an itemized invoice, even after asking the owner directly!! It also had materials listed that were not used on my job -- when questioned about it, she will tell you the cost is correct even though different materials were used. I asked for the owner to come out and verify the materials and two months later he finally did -- even after Candace told me he had come to the house and measured and checked already (even though when he finally did show up and I spoke with him in person it was the first time he had come to re-check the materials and length!!) - another lie from Candace. He then confirms the amount due in the invoice and at this point it has been six or seven months since the job was complete and I asked to make payment arrangements for the balance and he says that will work. He came toward the end of December, I sent a check for $500 to make a January payment -- I just received a call from Candace today saying they are taking me to court for not paying it off. I explained that I made payment arrangements and that Bob had agreed to them and they had, in fact, cashed my payment finalizing the arrangement we had made. She proceeded to tell me that I hadn't made a payment since December and now I'm 60 days past due (even though today I was making a payment as agreed) -- well, I made a payment in January -- they cashed my check on 1/8/18!! She said they go by the date on the check, not the date it was cashed. Well the date on the check isn't when payment is accepted, it's when the check is cashed -- hence I was not late on my second payment which was being made today 2/28/18. She then tells me that my payment arrangements won't be accepted and they are taking me to court today -- I never received anything from them indicating the terms we reached were not acceptable and they cashed my check, so why would I think differently? So after her threat for the second time within six months of taking me to court over this, when it took roughly six months for them to even attempt to collect anything due to all the errors on their end, I had just had enough of their attitude and threats and paid it off in full on a credit card. This is an incredibly poorly run business and if I could go back in time, I wouldn't have even considered using them. My reason for using this company as compared to another one was the fact that I know that they hire felons and give them another shot in life and that's important to me as I work with felons on a daily basis as part of my job. Save yourself time and hassle and go with another fence company in town -- anyone else would be better than this company!!! read more
