A couple times when I've gone to other places, I've had my pants come back a little too short. But that's not a problem here. After I got one of my pants hemmed here, the thread snagged and the hem fell out. I went in and told him that I had the pants hemmed there and the hem fell out and he fixed it right there on the spot without any questions! He didn't charge me either and it took less than a couple minutes! I was impressed! The only downfall is that the store smells faintly of smoke. Maybe I just have a sensitive nose, but I notice it when I walk in.
