If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They were recommended to me by another vendor we used whom we also loved, and I knew trusting them was the right move. Adam came in to do an initial consult on cabinet hardware and we ended up deciding to book them for everything we needed to get done. I asked about chandelier hanging, light fixture replacing, photo hanging and even a bathroom vanity remodel. Everything I asked about, Adam was so knowledgeable on and was upfront on what would and wouldn't work. The biggest aspect of Adam and his company that I appreciate is that they never tried to sell me on anything extra. He had professional opinions but never pushed me and let me know if things really needed to get done or if they were just nice to haves. On the actual install day, Femi and Tom came to help out and let me tell you. Femi and Tom stayed all day, from 9 am to 6 pm making sure he got everything I wanted done, even things all the nice to haves that weren't in my initial quote. I've never been so grateful to find a company like this and have recommended them to all my friends. read more

I am not sure where these positive reviews came from, but this is not a legit business. Someone came to pick up my work and I have not heard back from them about anything since. There was no consultation, no info on selecting a frame, style, anything. Some guy showed up, handled my items with dirty hands, then took off with them, as quickly as possible. I called to verify they at least received my items and they said yes. However, still, I didn't get to talk to anyone about framing, placement, anything. I have not heard from them again. I've called several times and no one answers the phone. I looked for an address and there is no address listed. All of this happened in a 24hour time frame. It is the Friday before New Year and I am hoping that there is a simple delay based on the holiday. If I am wrong I will change or edit my review. If not, I will escalate this issue until it is resolve appropriately. This is sad. Very disappointed. If you have expensive artwork, be careful sending it to these guys because the delivery guy does not handle it properly and you may not get it back. You may have to call the police. read more

I get pictures from all around the world, I keep them secure until I need them framed ... I've been holding on to these particular pieces for about 10 months looking for the right framer, I won't look for anyone else. Michael came out to my house on a Tuesday and brought my items back the next week; I was a little skeptical but he reassured me that everything would be okay (I kept saying 'I got these pieces from South Africa be careful') When he arrived today on time I was blown away on how good the pictures looked ... and THEN he hung them, I wasn't ready for that lol Great Job and I will use and refer others to this company many more times in the future!! read more

I google this guys and set up in an appointment for them to come and see it and to give me a price on a frame. Adam come in the time that we set it up and had a few samples to saw me. After the option and a long talk about what look good we close on a frame. Then he come back after a few days and Install it. It's one of the best services that I got. They came to my house, clean / uniformed/ polite and offered some suggestions as well. They used quality hooks and clips and spacers as needed, measured everything 2-3 times as well as leveling. I was riding down 635 on the way to Dallas and one of their van drivers sped down to the left of me while I was trying to get in to the left lane, he was doing right around 90 and he speeds off and starts tailgating the guy in front of him, street a few minutes he was going under the flow of traffic so I managed to get besides the guy and he was just on his phone doing his own thing. We really enjoyed the work from Perfect Frames. To put it plain, Adam and Micheal exceeded expectations at all facets. Their work was thorough and their attitudes were very pleasant. I would consider that we had a very large job as it consisted of over 40 pieces and several big mirrors hung. We also had a few paintings that required reframing. We needed their help on where and how to hang several pieces. Our collection included everything from large pieces in excess of 8 ft long to small 4" x 6" frames that we wanted in an equally spaced array. All were done professionally and in timely order. All of the work that I had was completed in one day - except for the framing which they took with them to complete. As far as framing, they created as shadow box for some clothing items like uniforms and jackets that we wanted to display. We also had some paintings reframed to better match the home. Perfect Frames also repaired a special frame that I had in with some elements had broken off. They had to dismantle the frame and the sealed backing just make the repair and then assemble everything back. They did great. So if you are in the market for a service that they provide, you should seriously consider them. They do good work, are pleasant to be around and are trustworthy. read more
