We needed a media room set up basically from scratch and some additional AV work done throughout the house. Jake was prompt in responding, coming out to discuss the job and work up an estimate within 24 hours. He listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions, opinions and options, then built some quotes. He helped us pick out a giant TV and a sound system with seven speakers for the media room, which he installed perfectly. He mounted a TV on the wall in our family room and installed a sound system with 5 speakers to round out that room. He mounted another TV in our master bedroom to save me the trouble. Jake also installed security cameras on the front and back of the house, as well as a ring doorbell. After everything was completed, he took plenty of time to go over the controls and features of everything with both me and my wife until we were comfortable with the systems. Here's an incomplete list of some of the things that I liked about his company: 1. They do not try to up-sell you on equipment/services that you don't need. 2. Jake explains everything to you so that you can make a good decision, and when it comes time to running everything that was installed, you will understand how to do it. 3. I originally just had Jake come out to mount some TVs, but he ended up being a swiss-army knife. Not only was he able to safely mount my tvs in difficult places, but he also was able to rewire multiple outlets to be more efficient, add an ethernet port in my office, and even remove a lot of dead wires Spectrum left hanging across my backyard.
