We've used Perfect Glass for window cleaning several times. They've done a good job. So when they added gutter cleaning to their services, we had them out to do that for us before rainy season. They gave us an estimate of 7 hours on site for windows, gutters and spiderwebs and therefore a pretty expensive total. But we have two tiers of gutters which can cause overflow issues, so we signed them up. The guy who came out was here for 3.5 hours and left at lunch. It was very surprising that a single guy could get the whole job done in half the time, but several of our gutters are in tough locations, so we couldn't check. First major rainfall came...and water leaked through our walls into the floorboard above our garage and through the plaster ceiling. I came out to the garage to find the ceiling caved in from water pressure and a steady drip on my car. Turns out none of the higher gutters had been touched, so we had massive and immediate overflow. We had someone else come out to clean them before more damage could be done. That cost $350, plus we have to get the garage ceiling repaired. We've contacted Perfect Glass three times to try to get them to address the issue and have gotten no response at all. This is the most disappointing part. Mistakes happen and if you take ownership of it, it can sometimes end even better. But when you don't, then customers are frustrated and waste time writing negative reviews for what they thought was a good business. read more

Scheduled a window washing. It was confirmed. The day before I received a text saying the appointment was scheduled for the previously confirmed date & time. I again confirmed. Also received another email confirming the appointment. It is now I hour past the time the window washer should be here. I have called and left a message -- no response. I have sent a text -- no response. This is the second time Perfect Glass has done this. Last time the owner asked me to remove my review, which I did. Won't happen again Aaron! read more

Aaron did a great job. I had personal issues making the appt online but my email was answered immediately and the appt was made. He showed up on time, we verified the window count and he got to work. Windows, screens, skylights all came out great, and the screens/skylights were BAD!! Will set them up for regular service. Very professional, no complaints. read more

He never showed up, and did not return my calls! I had a scheduled time, however it was raining and Aaron called to reschedule. I agreed, but the only time slot he had available was during my working hours. I took the afternoon off and was home 15 min before our scheduled time. He did not show up, I called him several times, leaving voice messages but never heard back from him.... Very unprofessional! Used this company two years ago and had no complaints, so set up an appointment again. Different person came this time and quoted me $60 dollars more than last time. I reluctantly agreed, but realized afterwards that I had really been overcharged. Sent two e-mails to Aaron and got no response. You would think a window cleaning service would care about keeping customers. Not only that, once the sun hit our windows it became clear that the job was sub par; streaks, drips, blotches, missed dirt. Embarrassing, as we hosted a family reunion that weekend. My advice is to go with someone else. This company charges too much, doesn't do a good job, and doesn't care about their customers. I won't be using them again. read more

Aaron did an okay job but the worst part was that he talked on his cell phone the entire time. I heard his whole weekend experience as I was trying to work. He also claimed he cleaned gutters but mine were too high and I had a tile roof which was problematic. Shouldn't he have asked that question when I called? Would not recommend him. read more
