He knowingly hires people without explaining the situation they're walking into and then gets mad at them because he doesn't see any issue with someone drinking from 7:00 a.m. till the end of shift with open containers in vehicles. He had an employee this past week who was so high on the job that the other individual in the crew who had no license ended up having to drive the company vehicle because the person who was hired to drive the vehicle was passing out at the wheel from being high. Absolutely awful management. Lack of respect for individuals actually trying to do well and putting them in risky situations because he's friends with the people who like to drink on the job. Do better as a small business owner.

It was a fairly good sized job, involving building a small paver wall, and some decorative rock work. A week went by, no bid. I sent a text, and he stated he had been out of town, and would have it to me in a couple of days. Another week went by, nothing. One more text sent reminding him, and again, no response. It was a decent sized job, perhaps too much for this company, I just wish he would have been honest upfront and said they weren't interested in the work, as now I've lost over 2 weeks on getting my project done. I'll be calling someone else, who wants the work.
