I have not had a poor experience with any of their staff however tied up they may be at that moment. In addition there's a particular young employee named Sean in that location who took pity on me since my hands is full with a large box to return . I had just come from another FedEx location in Olson Drive in Rancho Cordova which unfortunately does not take ordinary returns. Sean is busy when I arrived and the other staff present is also helping two other customers. I was pleasantly surprised when Sean stopped what he was doing ( pushing a big cart) and helped me with my returns. Sean , who just apparently started three months ago with FedEx, is very efficient and finished the transaction very fast and thorough. He even politely explained why the previous FedEx is unable to help me. It's very rare nowadays to see and experience these qualities and I believe must be mentioned and appreciated. I went back to the UPS store (Brandon was gone) and another notary, Aaron, would not redo the paperwork without charging me AGAIN for the services.
