They do an EXCELLENT job at a reasonable price. I really appreciate that they keep my graphics and PMS colors on file so it's a cinch to call them up and order projects quickly. Super impressed with the work done on our trucks. I had 2 trucks to get decals on and after the company we have worked with for years suddenly fell off the map I set out to find someone new. Fast signs price came in drastically lower than the other places I got quotes from. The decals I had done are cut graphics so each letter and number are individually placed so I am always nervous about the workmanship when I have my trucks done. Fast signs hit it out of the park. A request was made for truck decals with pictures of the current ones we have. We didn't receive a proof and FastSigns proceeded with the order. The order didn't even resemble what was in the picture. The font and color was completely wrong. I contacted Christy and told her it was completely wrong, we sent her a word document with the font and size to help her see what we want. Christy said she would have the proof to me by Friday, 28 Aug and we had to call her back. We finally received a proof on Wed, 30 Aug and it was still wrong. FastSigns DID NOT deliver on quality nor customer service. It is sad that we had to go to another company and they did the order in one day sent it FEDEX. read more

I have used this location twice, and the guy that works the front desk is rude and arrogant. I called to place my order and he said 'I'll have it ready for you". I went to pick it up at the end of the day, and it wasn't ready - he looked at me as though I inconvenienced him... Never again! I found an online firm that does it better and for less. I went into the storefront requesting info on a vehicle wrap for concession trailer. Spoke with Jay the President. Followed up with two emails, no response. Phoned 5 days later, spoke to an employee explaining I stopped in and sent emails and left my name and number for Jay to return my call. That was two weeks ago and still no follow up. I'm a business owner and went to get window graphics and sign and the employee at desk without even asking me what I need and what he can do... Goes what's ur budget.. I said 600-700$ and he says that's good and takes my address to come by and see the location that's 1.1 miles away...4 days later..I called to see as they were supposed to come back next day...he says they got busy...no show again after he promised a visit...so with that said...they have tou much on there plate than they can handle and its shocking that in this economy they are giving up 700$ business Cuz they want a bigger fish...best of luck guys..ull need it.. read more

Uber Horrible. Once they had the money they didn't want to fix the mistake. They made a mistake on a room number of the sign. I emailed them about the mistake and they said someone from my company approved a proof and wanted to charge us more money for the fix. They could never produce an approved proof email, so they said they would fix it its been almost two months now, I had to go up to the store to remind them they said they would have it out to me within the week now its two weeks later and they said it is still not ready. They are saying they will have to order the material to make the sign that is not a stock material. Lets see how much longer this will take I'm sure they still haven't ordered the material. read more

We called this location at 4:45pm on a Friday afternoon looking to have a sign installed ASAP in our office. We sent information over and within a few minutes Jay had an estimate back and said he would push hard as he could to install by the following Tuesday. His communication was excellent and Tuesday afternoon he arrived to install a complicated, dimensional sign. It looks incredibly professional and gives our office a finishing touch. The service Christi gave was horrible she had our decal colors and sizes all wrong so we sent her a template of what we wanted it to look like again giving her a detailed explanation and it still was wrong. She said shed send a proof Friday to the email addresses we gave her and she only sent the proof to one email address next Wednesday. There is no communication with these people! We had to fire them so we could move on with a better company and get our decals done with. read more
