Nail polish, top coat and base coat were not applied at base of each nail, a small difference in distance that makes big difference in how long gel polish lasts. Nina didn't seem concerned with brushing whole nail when applying coat. Polish started chipping less than week after nails were done. This has never happened after any gel manicure.

It took a bit of time to finally get a sit down. They basically yelled across customers to ask what I wanted and to tell me to choose a color from their basket of color palettes. It was hard for me to figure out where I was suppose to get it as they were just shouting it across the shop. The lady did a good job on my nails. I got a dip and she definitely worked hard on it. FYI- They charge extra for credit card. Overall- great job, pretty bad customer service.
