Nina was referred by an acquaintance. Sheer glittery gel color Nina helped me choose was great. Nail polish, top coat and base coat were not applied at base of each nail, a small difference in distance that makes big difference in how long gel polish lasts. Nina didn't seem concerned with brushing whole nail when applying coat. Polish started chipping less than week after nails were done. This has never happened after any gel manicure. read more

I went in and told them what I wanted, done. miscommuinaction . she didn't understand what I was sayin. she did my nails so thin that on the 2 day one of my nails thw polish chipped and my nail broke, 3rd day another nail broke. I usually have my nails done by Rosie, but unfortunately, the day I came in, she was out. I decided to go with an available person since I needed my pedicure and nails done. Never again will I go with another person. And they are getting pricey with a gel pedicure that looks terrible for $50! I never heard of such a price. Whatever you do, avoid the older gentleman like the plague if you're getting a pedicure. He's absolutely terrible. He shaved my toenails down to the nail bed to the point where I'm bleeding through gel nail polish. He clipped my cuticles and skin to the point where I'm bleeding. He was extremely rude and told me I needed to go see a doctor and that's my toes "look better" now. The only reason I paid for this service is because I'm in the industry. I showed them a picture of my nails for an ombre color, after sitting there for 1.5 hours I left the store with my nails looking like they have a giant white tip no blending, with a cut finger, had to remind the girl to clean my cuticles when she thought she was done, and had to put lotion overnight on my dry heels. Thought about it overnight, decide to call the owner and give them a second chance, they told me that they would try to fix but I had to pay to have current polish removed. So I just got engaged and I really wanted to get my nails redone. I called this salon and they were able to schedule me a last minute appointment, (I called an hour in advance) which was nice. I explained that I had gotten engaged over the weekend and I wanted my nails to look nice because I wanted to take photos. I showed the woman the photo of the ombré manicure that I was hoping for and explained how I liked the shape and length of the nails in the photo. I really just wish that if nail techs were unable to please their paying customers, they would just be honest and say "no, I cannot do it." Instead, I feel completely disappointed with the result. There is still glitter all over my nails from my previous manicure that I asked her to remove. I asked her if she could put a tan tint on them because they are mainly white nails, and she said that she didn't have anything! She gave me my check, wanting me to pay full price. After I explained (as I was sobbing) to the man who was cashing me out that I was extremely disappointed because I had plans to take photos, he knocked off a whopping $5. I paid $55 for this manicure that I am ashamed of. I do not even want to wear my new ring. I'm upset that I wasted my valuable time because I am very busy with schooling and work. Staff is very nice but I don't come here for nails anymore because they would chip after the first day but I recently got my lip waxed and got a reaction and had a lot of pimples on my lip. Then I got my eyebrows waxed recently, although they looked very good I had another reaction and got pimples everywhere above and underneath my eyebrows. Chrome/holo nails where the polish underneath is not completely covered, polish and power all over my cuticle. I get a pedicure a few times a year, I am a dude and I hold no shame -- pedicures are the best! i checked out T & M Nails saturday around noon. Place was clean and modern and staff was friendly. The pedicure was above average! However the massage part was shorter than normal. Most pedicure places massage for 5 minutes or more... I would say Each leg/foot was massaged for 1 minute, which was fine, would have liked if longer. Price was 30.00 bucks, higher side of a pedicure, but I was pleased and will be back and would recommend this place to others. Check em out! You will be pleased! Went this week with my daughter to get a pedicure. Pedicure was fine. I went to pay with my credit card and asked if I could please put a tip on the card.. There was no signs saying that i could not. She proceeded to tell me that she had to pay 20% of that... I apologized and told her I only had my card. She was not happy and criticized my 20% that I had given her. I have been hunting for a good nail salon in the Easton/Nazareth/Bethlehem area and I have finally found one that meets my standards!! I got a mani/pedi and I was seated right away at the pedi station. The girl who did my mani/pedi was GREAT!! She didn't rush through it and gave me a wonderful massage. Then off to the mani station where she gave me a great manicure. I was especially pleased that she painted my nails perfectly and 3+ days later it still looks as good as the day I got it! They must use a great base and top coat. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is that it It did take a bit longer than I expected to have someone come over to fill the pedi tub, even though I had an appointment. The nail technician tried to tell me that pink wasn't "in season" and proceeded to paint my nails a shade lighter than how they were supposed to come out because SHE didn't think they looked good. I honestly have no idea how some businesses stay open. While the welcoming attendant was nice and cordial, everyone else seemed surly and rude. I was left waiting while getting a pedicure because I asked for the technician to file my nails. He claimed that he didn't understand what I wanted and asked another person to finish his job. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting with my feet soaking in lukewarm water, I was gifted with another surly guy who was to complete the job (unwillingly). I regret asking for a manicure and pedicure - there was no real massage or cream used for cuticle removal, no lotion used afterward for massage, no proper filing of nails, no cleaning and removal of calluses, and my nails were filed way too short. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this place. I believe there should be a better way to govern salon management because it seems that 9/10 you will have a bad experience when visiting a nail salon today. There are no repercussions for poor service rendered. Too bad ... Update: All of my nails are chipping and two of my fingernails broke because the technician did not file my nails properly. I have a big work event this week and this manicure did not even last two days! Terrible. I am going to ask for my money back. Find another place. This place is awful. read more

I was in this weekend for a gel manicure. The person who did my nails barely spoke to me, there was no real massage of my hands, she basically took out the bottle of polish and started painting. The manicure itself is very sloppy and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed I could still see my nails through the color....even after two coats of polish! I've been here before to get my eyebrows done and the girls do a great job at it. However, I recently went to get a gel manicure because I had gotten done before (from somewhere else) and it was awesome because for the first time my nails grew! Anyway, I went here the girl seemed like she was in a hurry because it was the end of the night.. and it hasn't even been a week and almost all of them are peeling/chipped. My last set lasted over 3 weeks without so much as a dent I just started picking the polish because it had grown out so much.
