Let me start this review by saying our refrigerator is garbage, dont buy Samsung! Doug came out in April and spent an hour+ defrosting buildup. He made some minor repairs and cleanups and left us with a 30 day guarantee. We had to call him again in May when ice buildup returned, and he came back (both of us) knowing it was not the fault of his labor, but rather the faulty craftsmanship of our refrigerator. Doug has a lot of knowledge and even more through consultation with his father's decades of experience. He made literal MODIFICATIONS to our refrigerator (moving a sensor or thermometer or something) to make our refrigerator function as it should. Concepts Samsung clearly missed in the manufacturing of their junk refrigerator. I am so grateful for his work ethic and help, our refrigerator has been saved. Best money spent this year!

Recently, I was baking something and my oven went off and an "E" came up on the screen. I called Point Appliance and explained. He told me to go and turn the oven off at the breaker box for a minute and turn it back on. It worked! The only reason I give him one star and not 0 is, they were here on time. They stripped every screw on my expensive KitchenAid gas range. They left a cloth equipment case under the stove cover, which I only found because they found a cut in my power cord, and instead of replacing it, they spliced it together and put nuts and electrical tape on the cord which is next to a gas line. I ordered the $10 cord and replaced it myself and then in doing so I had to remove all of those pieces and found a cloth holder for a diagnostic tool -465.00 later they offered $50 refund if I take this review down. Being fair they did say that they will address the situation to ensure this never happens again.
