I called immediately and canceled the appointment, explaining that the problem seemed to have resolved. I was assured I would get a call back. When I got no call by 4 pm Monday, I called again, and again was assured I would get a call back as soon as possible. When I still got no call, I called again Tuesday afternoon. I am now up against a wall: I need to leave town, the problem is not fixed, and I am concerned that it may be the compressor, even though the fridge is fairly new. Who knows what I will come home to find? False assurances of callbacks and no follow-through underscore a level of unreliability that sure doesn't work for me. When you look online for the parts he replaced they sell it in a kit for way less and the instructions online tell you to replace all wheels and pulley while you're in there ! he was doing one wheel at time .. my husband had to find the issue or he would have left and come back again . he was not very knowledgeable and charges to much for not being efficient. this was not a computer issue it was mechanical. all washers have the wheel and pulley. will not call him again.
