We had Carlos put a fence on top of our block wall to help stop coyotes from coming into our yard and attacking our dogs. We were going out of town and really needed it to be done before we left, and he was able to get this accomplished for us. Perfect Iron Works did such a great job on our RV gate. It is a 60/40 split so I can fit the trash cans through. Also with a pedestrian gate. He gave us an incredible value for the price. He did more than we asked, dug very deep holes and used a lot of concrete. He had to re-route my main water lines into the house. He also made an adjustment and kept it so the lines are accessible still. He did an amazing job on that. I told him add the additional parts to my bill. He said don't worry about it. This guy does not nickel and dime. He used larger stronger posts than what we agreed on. He did a better upgraded version from our design. Look at the posts he used. They are a piece of art them selves! The doors are hung and balanced. They stay where you open them because everything is level. He put an adjustable spring on the pedestrian gate, so it always stays closed. All my neighbors are very impressed on how great it came out. Looks double the price we actually paid. I was quoted the same price for a basic standard RV gate from many others. Even offer up and FB market place. Thank god I didn't do that. Carlos is incredibly smart, he is an artist hands down. And has such a rare talent. He's very humble and hard working, has a very pleasant demeanor. As well the ladies he has in the office are always polite and keeping up on calls and emails for updates etc. I'm an auto technician by trade and wanted to know all the details and be there during the instal. He works fast and efficiently. He came twice as he said he would and him with one additional worker only took a few hours each time. Knocked it out of the park. Amazing work by the folks at perfect iron works. Pup has been bad and hasn't been treating the backyard nicely so we had to section the dog run off from the rest of the yard. Was looking for something super simple that got the job done. Took 4-5 weeks to have the gate custom fabricated and took less than a couple hours to install. I had Perfect Iron Works out at my house on Wednesday, December, 8th for a double back door measure to see how much it would cost to have some more security and be able to open the door for air once in awhile due to not having a security screen door. Needless to say Carlos arrived on time and did his measure and came up with a price that I found to be very fair compared to other businesses. What's truly ironic is other businesses that asked how much I was paying laughed and stated that this was way to low and not good material basically blah, blah, blah. Any business would try to deflect another business to gain your business, so you feel like your getting a better deal from someone who costs 10x more than a normal bid price . On Tuesday, December, 14th I decided to go with Perfect Iron Works and get the ball rolling for a double gated door for my back doors. I spoke with Danielle who was pleasant and easy going. I paid over the phone and was told I would get a call back when they are ready to do the install. In the month of January I did not receive any calls, so I decided to give them a call to see where things were at. I spoke with Maria who was very polite. She stated my install would be for a Saturday as they just finished the work on the gates. I gave specific days and time frames as I'm only able to be at home for the install, so she said she would call me back. Day of install Monday, 01/24/22, Carlos arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. Once the job was finished he asked me if I had any questions. Went with Perfect Iron Works because they are family owned and operated, as is our own business. We researched designs we wanted and PIW worked with us from a couple different designs and brought them together for our finished project! Very, very happy with the out come of the project! Would definitely recommend them! Only issue I had was that they did not have pictures on the final designs for all the gates because was told was $350 for each picture! Highly Recommended!!!!! My fence fell over due to high winds in North Las Vegas and Perfect Iron Works made the consultation/repairs easy & stress free. Vinyl fencing is already extremely hard to find and the home builder before installed the fence poorly but Carlos and his team did a fantastic job and made sure the fence was very secure this time. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I'm serious! We needed a new front and side gate on our house. What was originally on the house when we brought it was scary and homemade. As usual, I went on Yelp and had several estimates. Carlos came out on a Sunday and answered all my questions and gave a fair price for the job. My finished gate, which he delivered on time, is beautiful. I could not be happier with it. I even asked him to make a matching door for the front of my house.
