I got my pedicure here at Perfect Nails & Spa in Sanger. This is my first time getting a pedi. The owner and manicurist are friendly and helpful. I had bad ingrown toenails and required precise incision to remove the infected toenails. The manicurist was highly skilled and had to work with what she had and i appreciate her transparency throughout the process. Will come back again! read more

We(party of 3) walked in and there was not wait time. However we were waiting for 30 minutes in till someone came in and got help first with not appointment. After that person was help we got helped. we got our toe and nails done and our toes look horrible . There were only 3 staff the stuff were not very nice. out of all 3 staff there was 1 that knew how to do acrylic and toes. When I got my nails do(a set) she asked what shape i wanted. She said almond or square. i asked the pice difference and she said no difference. When i went to pay it was $50 when it should've been $40. I had a bad experience the first time: my nails ended up being the wrong shape and longer than I asked for and it took three hours. I went in today hoping for a better experience but it was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I went in for an acrylic removal and dip manicure, I was seated within five minutes and my nails were set to soak but the woman who took me back was the only person in the salon who could do dip and she took a woman who came in after me for a manicure and pedicure after starting my removal. I sat there with my nails soaking for two hours and it didn't even end up being complete because I was in the back and no one came over to file off the excess. I left with acrylic still in my nails two hours later and the woman who took me when I walked in was still working on the woman who came in after me. To their credit, I walked out unsatisfied and they didn't charge me for the incomplete acrylic removal. Also just a tip: don't trust their wait time. During my first appointment, there were ten people waiting and every tech was working on someone and when someone called to ask the wait time the woman who answered said thirty minutes. It was a five hour wait according to my friend's nail tech. read more

I walked in expecting Bella Nails and I did see a vinyl sign hanging outside with the name Creation Nails. Thought they just changed their nail salon name...they changed a lot more than that. This place used to be good. Their pedicures used to be good until recently where they skimp and use the drill on your toe nails instead of pushing back your cuticles. I use regular polish and they still used a drill which caused my nails to get thin and the polish chipped within two days. My pedicure didn't even last two days!!!! I came In asking to repair two nails. They agreed to repair them but when it came to polishing the nails the same colors as the others, two people couldn't figure out how to do it. The second lady that tried was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking them to choose colors closest to the rest of them. If they would've told me they were unable to match the rest of my nails before I got started I wouldn't have wasted time or money in this place. She left me very un satisfied. read more

I had an awful experience. The girl that did my pedi was not careful when she put miracle gel that it's to remove the gel polish and it ate up a piece of my nail. They tried to tell me that's how mi bail was when before I went there and took accountability. The way the girl did my pedi showed she is very new. All I know my nail didn't look like that before I went and it was the only nail that they put that gel on. Beware. Around 2:50 Someone came in with an appointment at 3 pm. The guy who was multitasking front desk and completing manicures told them they had to wait because they had 4 people ahead of them regardless if they had appointment or not. At 3:15 someone else came in saying she had an appointment at 3:30 and the lady ahead of me and myself were still waiting to be seated. He sat the 3:30 appointment right away... . Made no sense to me but still made positive excuses for them in my head. I waited Around 4:15 I still hadn't been seated. Decided to leave and go somewhere else. Horrible customer service -so disappointing! I've gone twice now with high hopes for a positive experience, both times they've been rude and took over 3 hours just to get gel nails. When I let them know my child was also going to get their nails painted - they repeatedly questioned this request and I could tell they were just passing judgement, because my son was going to get his nails done. As if that wasn't enough, I kept insisting I wanted my nails as short as possible and I was just told that they look fine and my request was denied. This is not the type of business I would ever support again. After my first experience, I was more understanding and just figured I went on a busy day. After my second (and last) visit, I realized they're just rude and incompetent of providing quality services. It shouldn't be a hassle to receive the services requested and that one's willing to pay for - without judgement. read more
