Omg I was rejected at another nail salon because it was so busy but I just needed something right now so I found this place across the way and right next to Costco in the Denny's corner. It didn't look too fancy outside but inside looked so angelic and immaculate. It was definitely a vibe inside where I felt like it was fancy. It was a Mommy and Daughter pedicure date and that's what we got. Matching gel pedi with French tips. That cost $57 for the basic. We don't really care much for hot stones and paraffin wax dips. I chose Heavenly because it has great reviews and I know some people who have come here and loved it. First, scheduling was easy through the app and I even received reminder texts. Everyone there was super friendly. But my nails are not good. When I scheduled my appt I stated I wanted medium length coffin or ballerina shape, either would be fine depending on the techs comfort level. I got square. The color I asked for looked sheer but shows up milky pink. That's more on me though because I could have said something. But its only been 3 days and my nails are looking rough. There thick and chunky, the acrylic and glue and top coat are all just chipping away and I already feel one nail lifting. I don't think I'll return for manicures. read more

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to and the worst pedi experience I've ever had. Be warned if you're NOT getting acrylics or some kind of flashy nail design, they will basically have attitude towards you and treat you like a peasant even when you're paying $65+ for a deluxe pedicure?!?! I'm sorry but don't go into customer service or be open on the weekends if you don't want to be here or even work? Every time I come they give me this older fellow who can barely hold the cuticle scissors to properly trim them and he barely buffs the nails with absolutely ZERO callous removal. How can you charge someone for this and think that's ok? The paint is always crooked because this guy literally cannot even hold the polish bottle (not to his fault he's just old) but im questioning myself why did I give this place another chance. For a new customer wouldn't you assign your best nail tech? Instead, they gave me someone's grandpa twice in a row. Would you let someone leave your salon with toes like this??? read more

My pedicure was underwhelming. The service was much less quality than I am used to, as it felt like the attention given was less than thorough. The paint was ok, but I need another pedicure to take care of the dryness that usually is managed in a pedicure. I don't go for the paint as much as for the foot care. I've never had a pedicure that seemed so half-assed and missing in quality. $50 for a gel manicure, and I did not get my money's worth at all... and that is the most basic pedicure they offer. Also, usually if the nail tech makes me flinch with pain, they notice. This person did not. The salon itself was ok, but I've been in much nicer settings for that too. Fortunately for me, I don't live in the area, and I only visit occasionally. If I did live in the area, I'd try another place instead. read more

What's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to stick to it? He's giving me a pedi, leaving to check others out. Delegating, etc etc... gave a great massage! Was friendly. My friend and I both paid for the same pedi and we kind of got different services, she did get gel though. It was inconsistent and not really worth the $ in our opinion. Went in for the ultimate pedi with gel polish along with my mom. Vibes were fine as we entered but turned quickly. Moon serviced me and a man serviced my mom. My mom needed an add on for acrylic and they didn't get the acrylic right the first time. They added more acrylic to her liking but the man that was doing her nails seemed to be bothered since now he was "behind" schedule. They were not busy didn't have clients waiting. Moon on the other hand did a great job on me went through the whole steps listed on the pedicure. But my mother was highly upset they skipped almost half of the same steps with her service even though we paid for the same services. They did not do the wax on her feet, massage was cut extremely short, and they did not paint the entire nail the man had left some areas unpainted. I still paid for the service but will not be going back and do not recommend. I paid $200 for half assed service and I would rather go somewhere else where we both get the full experience and service. read more

Hi - I am leaving this review to let others know of the experience I've had with my nails. I am a picky nail person living in la, Orange County and the Bay Area my standards are set. In terms of service and personality this place is fine. But my nails are tragic. I got them done 9 days ago and I have broken an entire nail, two have chipped and one is peeling off. I have received dip. When I went back with the broken nail they were happy to fix it but I'm truly just disappointed. On top of that when I walked in for my apt that I made online and never received a confirmation so I called to confirm. They bickered over who would have to do dip which isn't welcoming. The customer service here is 5 stars - let Me start with that. I called one evening and asked if they could work me in for a mani/pedi. I was close by at Costco & got over to them later than Id intended to (long holiday shopping lines and traffic congestion at every light). The owners were gracious, letting come in and get started even though I was late. I didn't realize it then but my being late ended up keeping the owners (husband &wife) as well as two of their staff members to work after their normal closing time. The inside is kept clean; no nail dust covering anything, floor swept & mopped every evening, no chemical smell with good ventilation. The two girls that did my mani/pedi were young, easy to chat with, gentle, and tried hard to give me what Id asked for. My pedicure looked amazing, was relaxing, and lasted three weeks before starting to show their age. My manicure was thick and uneven, chipped within two days, and left me feeling disappointed.
