I've been to this salon a few times before I recently went back after not having my nails done for awhile one nail tech messed my nails up .. asked to redo it she kept nicking my cuticle area when redoing they told me I would have to pay I agree what I don't agree with is having to pay overall 97$ for a shit job .. the owner is good however my nails should not be lifting already or paint chipping .. .. never again especially 97$ the audacity to even ask me to pay for a removal WHEN THEIR OWN WORKER ADMITTING TO CUTTING THE NAILS WAY TO SHORT .. when I go to a nail spa I shouldn't have to feel bad for asking someone to fix it or saying I don't like something to make me feel guilty .. my nails should not look like this . read more

(Which I now realize is because upon paying for your service they ask you to scan a QR code and leave a quick rating/review to win a "prize" right then and there on the spot ... smart tactic though isn't it?) I made an appointment. I wanted a full set. And this was last minute and my only quick option. I went in and as soon as she started working I realized it was a "drive-through" spot. She didn't push my cuticles down... she didn't look at my hands even... she just QUICKLY took the Dremel to the nail beds. It was the case of "we need to get these jobs done in an exact time frame to get as many clients in as possible in a day". But hey- I knew it wasn't going to be some boujee, glamorous situation. I wanted a simple set. So I got my full set, with a cat-eye paint job. I leave, and as I'm looking at my nails outside in the sun, I realize my left index finger nail is crooked. CROOKED-crooked. I paid 75$ ... So I HAD to ask for it to be fixed. It was like the nail was placed at 2 o'clock when it should be at 12. (And none of us ever want to deal with that awkward, uncomfortable situation after getting our nails done, do we?!!) I go in and my nail lady and the receptionist ask what's going on. I show them and they immediately proceed with the classic .... "Ohhhhh nooo, no ...see ... that's not the NAIL - that's your FINGER that's crooked!" Now Don't we ALL know this one? heheh Viral meme ... hilarious And very valid. For our PINKES. But this was my index finger. I said OH NO. That isn't gonna work in this case. I compare my left index to my right to show them that.... Huh? Guess only my left index finger is crooked then, yeah? They say I can just go home and file it. I say NO. After more back and forth, they say they'll file it then. I say - "Why? So I can have one filed, skinny, awkwardly-shaped, crooked nail?? My index finger curves to the LEFT. The nail is curved to the RIGHT. SO. Explain how it's my finger again, PLEASE. I didn't just pay 75$ PLUS a 40$ tip for you to tell me I can fix it by just filing it myself." After this undeniable reasoning, she finally agreed to fix my one nail. I was relieved after so much back and forth with them. (She did make my nail bed bleed with her Dremel in the process or removing the old nail and replacing, however.) ‍‍‍ I tipped her again. Yup. JUST bc I felt like such a douche Karen even having to ask for this, and because I knew this woman was just trying to make a living... ALSO that it would be the last time I ever go there. Shit, maybe it was to relieve my own damn anxiety about the whole "experience". SO I felt after my "experience" and the carelessness I received based of the importance of rushing to get people in and out ON TOP of their pricing and adamant nature to convince the client they helped mere moments ago that they aren't right.... That I needed to write an unabashedly honest review with photos to help others avoid sharing this "experience". DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENSURE YOU GET A GREAT SET!!!! They are absolutely a drive-through nail spot. Don't expect to get what you're wanting. You are better off finding a true nail artist, waiting for an appointment, and paying 20-40$ more for their passion and expertise. I hope my photos do this long-ass review justice. read more

This was my first time coming here, I called ahead of time and made an appointment for 4pm for a fill. When I got there she said check in on the iPad, someone will be with you when they're done, and that was it, I sat down and waited, 4:20 pm rolls around and she goes you can sit at that table, and no one is there nor did anyone come over. Another 10 minutes pass and still no one is coming to do my nails. I try to be patient when I go places, but it was my first time, I made an appointment, and then I sat for 30 mins with no one telling me anything, zero clue on who is doing my nails, and no offering for me to look at colors either. I get really bad ingrowns and can't stand when my nails get long to the point it hurts wearing my shoes so yeah sometimes i cut them at home because i know what im doing. Came in at 1 she got upset because my nails were cut and apparently cut my nail wrong. I cut them how i like them plus for my own comfort. She said "you don't do again you cut wrong". She dug into my nail bed, inevitably making my nails bleed on top of cutting me with the clipped, trying to cover it by cleaning it with a towel. can't come get my nails done every time my nails get uncomfortable for me. tried to up sell me with wax but it's not worth the money for me at least. My nail appointment I had scheduled with Andy was canceled due to hurting himself at the gym, but luckily there was another worker that could take me. My nails needed it. I picked dip nails with the halographic sparkle! Love! Oanh took over and she did a really great job! Easy to talk to too! All workers are masked and the salon is clean and safe. I went in for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure. I enjoyed it very much. The salon is very pretty and seems very clean. I also appreciate that they completed both services at the same time since I prefer not to spend hours in the salon. I'll be coming back in a few weeks. I would have given a 5 star review but I wasn't thrilled to hear that they will be charging me ten dollars to soak off the gel polish I got put on at their salon. I have it on my feet and hands and the charges add up quickly. I may take it off myself, but I know that's not the best for my nails so we will see. Overall, it was a good experience. read more

It was a pretty last minute stop. I was headed out of town and forgot to schedule my appointment at the regular nail shop. I called earlier that day and got a evening appointment. Overall the place is amazing clean and nice and quite. I love that they have the Tv's I don't know what about it but i love how back home you could watch whatever and get your nails done. This time they had on a cooking show! The service was really good I a simple girl I just needed a regular toe polish change French tip. Now the grey area is that I paid almost $35 for a toe polish change you would have thought that I got gel and that just rubs me the wrong way. And the polish began to bubble a week later. 3rd time going here and I don't think I'll be back. Was close to home so decided to try out again. Going to start with the positives: I asked for short nails and she did just that. Polish looks great. Negatives: they work SO SLOW here. Each time I've gotten just a gel manicure, no wait but wow, over an hour for a gel mani. The girl cut my cuticle and it bled and she PUT CLEAR POLISH ON IT TO TRY AND STOP THE BLEEDING. Red flag of not being trained properly. Manicure and cosmetology programs clearly emphasize safety and sanitation, this is the reason I will not return, if she did not know how to treat a cut, how is she managing other items. I grabbed the tissue and applied pressure to stop the bleed and she took it from me and kept wiping and put a fan to it. read more
