When we picked her up she had a lions head because the girl said she had to hand cut her. Used Miriam's for our old poodle. Yesterday the groomer there fixed her and gave us what we wanted. She's so fluffy and soft and we have received many more compliments in one day than on the other cut and people don't mistake her for a maltese anymore. Miriam's cost more but in this case I will say you get what you pay for.

For anyone not familiar with valley fever, it is a fungal infection that is prevalent in AZ due to a dog inhaling it from the dirt, and and is treated long term, well after symptoms have passed. My dog had clear chest x-rays and a negative titer but was still under treatment due to the potential of the fungal infection recurring if treatment was stopped too early. I will leave it up to you as to whether or not you think his service is a fit for your pets, but I would NEVER trust him after my one and only experience. 3:02 pm (me) - Hi, Alfredo. The vet said it was okay to give Dash Bordetella vaccine with him having valley fever. I am now packing as quickly as possible and will text you when I am able to bring dogs. It's a big liability one has a compromised immune system and we cannot take them in knowing they are not fully vaccinated. It puts your dog and others at risk. The bordetella vaccine would protect all dogs within 3 days (which you and I both know that is what kennels and shelters use)! Make all the excuses you want. If that was the case, you should have told me on the phone. I deal with vets on a daily basis and know what I'm talking about. I also highly doubt you booked yourself fully within 10 minutes max. You only had 1 dog and had supposedly agreed to take my 2, so even by some miraculous chance you had a phone call to take 10 more dogs, I should have had 1 kennel reserved. I will leave my reviews and let people think what they want, but they should know. It was cute to receive messages about how she was doing and I could see that she was totally being her goofy, fun self. She came home glossy, clean and in perfect health. When I called for an appointment I requested Buddy be seen right away as he has never been to a groomer and he's blind. My appointment was for 10:30 He was the only dog in there besides 2 small dogs getting their nails done. The "Managing Partner", Carlos said Buddy would be done in 1 hour and 45 minutes.I drove by 1/2 hour later and he was still in the window had not been taken back. So, is this how it works if someone walks in you take them first? Do they just over schedule? I returned in 1 hour and 45 minutes and was told he was just being bathed and would be another hour. Then good ol' Carlos said, " that's why I tell people we will text you when the dog is ready". Does he feel that works? He never said that to me! All he did was try and upsell me on some Mud packet about 3 times in 7 minutes then insisted I take the brochure with me to learn about it! WHAT! How about you learn how to manage your shop. Carlos said to me next time let us know that Buddy is urgent. So, I tried to explain to "Managing Partner", Carlos that I had asked when I set up the appointment that I did not want Buddy sitting as he would be scared, and Carlos says, "Oh, you talked to me".
