I'm so impressed! Trying to get our Chewie in ASAP after getting skunked. Our home de-skunking worked pretty well, but he was already in need of a good grooming since our experience at a pet wash wasn't stellar. His undercoat was ridiculous--the more we brushed, the more he shed. So after the stinky cheese incident (see what I did there?), I was thrilled to get an appointment from a cancellation the same week. So today he went to the Salon, and let me tell you, they are NOT salon prices which almost scared me off. The love everyone had for dogs, and the respect they had for our preference for a natural look will keep me coming back...as long as I can quit procrastinating. :D Everything you could want from a groomer. read more

I have been bringing my pets here for a few years and have noticed the quality of the service has been declining in the last year. Then I showed up for my appt on Wednesday and the pet salon was closed and the voicemail box was full. There was no notice on the door and none of the neighboring businesses knew what was going on. I finally received a return call on Saturday and was told that their computers were down and they closed for the week. I questioned this because the last time I was there they pulled out an index card that all my info on it, then she told me that the owner was ill and I suggested it would have been helpful for someone to put a notice on the door and she changed her story again that the owner had a family emergency... hard to know what the true reason is, but I do know that I will not be returning. read more

Thank you for giving Oliver a bath! I just moved to Littleton last week and had no idea where to go for him to get a bath. We had just gone to the dog park and Oliver was full of mud. I brought him to Perfect Paws and they were so amazing and helpful. He didn't have an appointment (and I didn't know he needed an appointment) but they agreed to give him a bath anyway and did an excellent job! Don't know who the workers were (it was March 9th, 2019), but they were all so nice and friendly and also gave me a vet suggestion since I am new to the area. Just picked up our 2 dogs and they did a great job! They were able to get us in quickly and were able to bathe and groom both dogs in just about an hour. The pups were both very happy and look fantastic. We highly recommend and will be back! read more

This place is awesome! Took my golden in for the first time. They have "cage free" grooming so the dogs are all just hanging out together roaming while they get bathed. If you have a dog who gets along well with others you will love that they don't have to be crated! Also- every time I have gone somewhere else my dog is gone for 3-4 hours and they take 45 mins to an hour. He looks perfect and was super happy when I picked him up. Will be back and will be recommending to other dog owners! read more

Saw this salon on Yelp, and decided to try. Adopted a sheltie mix who is skiddish and I had not been to any groomers before except the "big box" ones which I didn't like. I was really impressed by how kind Lori was and how well the grooming went. I stayed and saw Petey calmed by her and her staff (another girl washed and Lori groomed). I was told before that Petey is more than a handful to groom but didn't see any problems with him at all in Lori's hands. HIghly recommend!! read more

I don't know how to write this. I've just been through the worst consumer experience in my life. (I'm 66) The product of Perfect Paws was what would be expected. They were able to take my two dogs as drop-ins on short notice (I appreciated that) We agreed upon a price, which was fair for the service. The owner was there for this conversation. When I left my two dogs with them, I had no concerns about the "free range" aspect of the facility; i.e. no segregation of the animals. There were several large dogs as well as some smaller ones interacting as expected. The larger dogs were owned by the owner. Upon my arrival to pick up my dogs,the larger dogs and the owner were no longer there. I was informed that my pets were very hard to control within the "free range" environment. I was told that I would have to pay more because of this. (I won't get into specifics of the costs here). When I objected to the increase, I was the subject of an incredible amount of verbal abuse (for over 5 minutes) while trying to resolve the dispute; from all members of the staff, including numerous f' bombs, "old f**ker". etc. Totally unprofessional behavior by an out of control staff. My dogs were clearly affected by the experience, as am I. I will never go back. If you have a mid sized dog or larger, go somewhere else, as the "free range" aspect invites territorial domineering behavior by the owner's dogs Epilog; They delivered the right product. Two clean dogs, nicely trimmed, so I paid the agreed upon price, and left the disputed difference as a tip. read more

I was hesitant regarding the "cage-free" environment, as my small dogs get nervous & snippy around stranger dogs. Well sad to see a business operated in this way, they must have too many customers to care. A month ago I had an appt. running about 10 behind, due to construction, I called them to see if that would be an inconvenience for them or if it would be better to reschedule. Whoever it was from there (not Kathy), said I would need to reschedule. She said Saturday was avail or Tuesday, I had brought up Monday but she stated that they were to full for Mon. So I set up Tuesday at 1. I get a voicemail on Monday stating that I missed my appt and that if I wanted to use their services again I would have to reschedule and pay a $50 penalty. I called, spoke with Kathy on Tuesday morning, to confirm that message, she stated that she is going to stand behind her voicemail regarding the penalty. So needless to say, I lost my Tuesday since I already took the day off and my chance to get the dogs cleaned up in time for the trip. I've been a business owner for years and understand that customers and referrals are key, but I also understand that "s@#t happens" and some things you have to let slide unless it is an ongoing issue. I've been to way better groomers and way worse but none of the others have treated a "tipping" paying customer like this. Time to find one closer to me anyway! read more

Have been coming here for a couple of years. Lori and team are quick and efficient, but more importantly they are always good with our babies. Our 5 lb Pomeranian went into heart failure the last couple of years and Lori always took extra special care. Our babies always come home beautiful in a very short period of time but more importantly they always come home happy too. read more

This is my favorite Colorado groomer by far! I called the morning of and was able to get an appointment THAT afternoon! This has been unheard of in the Denver County area! They also said that the grooming would take one hour.... and it did! They called to notify me my dog was finished exactly an hour later, I was shocked (most places take multiple hours for some reason). They did a really good job and gave my dog the cutest haircut she has ever had, even though I gave them no guidance on style (and didn't even comment on my lazy upkeep since she had a few dreds going on, oops). They also gave her two cute pink bows for free and are the most affordable place I've found :) This is MY groomer now, and I would recommend the drive to this place even if you don't live in Littleton. read more

We have two small dogs (miniature schnauzer & long hair chihuahua) and they did a perfect job on both. Their grooming is far superior then others we have been to. Pet Smart would have to muzzle our chihuahua but at Perfect Paws there was no need. They treat our dogs first class!!!! Thanks Perfect Paws! read more

This past weekend was my first visit to Perfect Paws and I am impressed! I was able to get an appointment quickly and Lori was done in 45 mins! She told me 45 mins to an hour but we thought we'll still have time for lunch. Any other groomer is never done when they say. I love the open atmosphere, the dogs don't have to stay locked up in a kennel for 3 hours. I will definitely take my dog back here. read more
