This place is perfect for people with reactive or aggressive dogs. You have the place to yourself. It's a very professional, stainless, dog bathing tub that fits most larger dogs. I was impressed from the second I walked in until I walked out. The staff Nextdoor is very pleasant and professional. Very personable and welcoming. His undercoat was ridiculous--the more we brushed, the more he shed. So after the stinky cheese incident (see what I did there?), I was thrilled to get an appointment from a cancellation the same week. I finally received a return call on Saturday and was told that their computers were down and they closed for the week. I questioned this because the last time I was there they pulled out an index card that all my info on it, then she told me that the owner was ill and I suggested it would have been helpful for someone to put a notice on the door and she changed her story again that the owner had a family emergency... hard to know what the true reason is, but I do know that I will not be returning.
