He was professional, knowledgable, to the point, and organized when it came to getting this job scheduled and completed, and because he was able to fit the job into the agenda we have for other home improvements in the coming days, we decided to work with Scott. He rolled up to the house with a serious squad of workers, hauling trailer with equipment, ladders, and everything needed to do the job, and they went right to work. Within an hour or two the house had transformed like it was brand new again, these guys went all over making sure to get all the spots, clean the areas well, and Scott managed them as they did the work. Scott was also able to give me an estimate of the job from just a few pictures, quoting me at 325 for the gig, which after researching was a little on the higher end, but I went with Scott because he knew what he was doing, and was able to get us into the schedule on our agenda, which was great! I needed to get the hinges replaced on a noisy inside door of my house (the joys of being a new homeowner), and I got several responses from contractors across Yelp. Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door. And because the door was to my mother-in-law's bedroom, having Andrei provide this superlative service scored me a few points with her (well, at least for a few hours, until she found something else to grumble about). He also left the space clean, and was very courteous from start to finish. Steve came and gave me a quote and was candid about how quickly his calendar can fill up and pricing on a vinyl fence. When a date opened up his guys, who I later found out have been working with him for 20 years (which speaks volumes to me) came to take down my old picket fence and replace it with the new vinyl. Personable, efficient, neat, respectful of my and my neighbors property and plantings. The fence is beautiful. But here's what I loved about these guys. They needed to mix cement for the posts and I have a spigot that spews water everywhere. After they left, it seemed to magically fix itself. I have a gate leading to my back door that never closed flush. I always had to lift the gate with my foot while closing to get it to shut. Again, magically fixed itself. I had an old giant green plastic slide from a swing set that was sitting under a tree in my backyard that I mentioned I needed to get rid of in conversation. Again, the slide was magically cut into pieces and taken to the curb. They didn't say a word about any of this. Didn't look for a gold star. There are just some people who need to do things the right way. Those are the people I love to do business with. and these are those guys. They just wanted everything done right. They took pride in their work and they left my property better then they found it. Good luck in your search for a fencing company. If you choose these guys, you won't be disappointed.
