Food was not bad for price. Ambiance nonexistent! The owner has ZERO respect for customers! Would rather cuss and over charge customers to make his money then create repeat business. Never been so discussed with a human being in my life. Simply returned to the restaurant to inquire why my Credit Card was over charged, and was cussed out of the restaurant. NOT "perfect" by any means, name is a joke. called in my order about 30 min ago & it wasn't repeated back to me but for some reason i trusted them. reiterated at the counter my request & they seemed to think very highly of the fact that my pizza was "perfect" but i left "perfect" pizza about 10 minutes ago to an order so wrong i want to cry. asked for olives & mushrooms on HALF the pizza, got it on ALL the pizza. asked for NO BELL PEPPER OR ONION, got it on HALF the pizza??? will never return because my broke self spent $22 on a large pizza & got a the opposite of what i ordered????? i wasted what little money i have now i have to make dinner for half my family when i bought a pizza so i wouldn't have to just this once. thanks for screwing my night & wallet. read more

I went in to order a pizza and I thought I would use the restroom to wash my hands so I asked the owner for the restroom key. This is what he says to me & I quote "GET OUT OF HERE YOU MOTHER FUCKER! GO, GET THE FUCK OUT! that's was just for asking to use the bathroom. I'll never go back there again. Well be reporting to the health department also. It's Oregon law to have the restrooms available when open. read more

First, a disclaimer: I left the NYC/NJ area fourteen years ago and have yet to travel anywhere that has comparable pizza. Therefore, no pizza place outside of that area will ever get five stars from me. That said, even if I didn't have this bias, I still wouldn't give Perfect Pizza any more than three stars. My job orders from this place about once a month and it works out just fine. The pizza is ready around the time they say it is, we all eat it without complaints or compliments, and then none of us get sick. As a pizza place in Southern Oregon, they do a decent job. What prevents me from giving them any more than two stars however, is my experience the one time I entered the premises. I'll spare you the details, but I had to place my order twice, wait 30 minutes, watch a half a dozen other folks walk in and out, and then left without a pizza. I hate to jump to conclusions but it seemed like some drug use was happening in the back room, as communications with either of the two people working were near impossible. I'll continue to eat Perfect Pizza whenever my job orders (and pays for) it, but unless I'm with a bunch of people who are really excited to do so, I'll never step foot in that place again. In a place where no one makes an outstanding pizza, customer service matters more than ever. read more

I first called before leaving my job site to put the order in ahead as my time is limited. I proceeded for 20 min to get a busy sign. I drove in and the crew said they had just got there at 3pm and the crew before them isn't good at answering so they had a lot of back orders to do still. I put 1 order in and was told 45 min. I left and came a back a little early and was told 12 min left. After the 12 min, now 45 min total, I was told 10 more min and reminded that I had originally came early. Finally I received my pizza 5 min later and longer than told when I was told 12 more minutes. The only reason for 2 stars is the pizza tasted good and price was decent. read more

After they got my order wrong, and I called, they said they would replace the pizza. I also decided to add to my order since I had to drive all the way back during the snowstorm. They charged me for the replacement and when I said that was a mistake, they yelled at me, cussed me out, and treated me poorly. They lied to me numerous times and I will never return. read more

Ordered from kerby and paid $33 ($40 after tip- they only accept cash for delivery) for one large Canadian bacon pizza and 16 wings. The wings are smooshy and nothing exciting but you get what you paid for and they arent disgusting. Pizza is much better than pizza hut/Domino's/papa johns etc.. this is a small town so make sure you allow plenty of time for delivery. They have a very awesome and friendly service. read more

OK well I'd like to give you a review on his pizza place but the kids working there were rude to us a soon as w walked in...refused to take or order because it was two minutes after 8:30 PM and they didn't feel like cooking anymore pizzas even though they don't close till 9:pm. so I will have to give them a big fat thumbs down and since I'm new to town it's a big mistake on their part because we eat a lot of pizza and we're big tippers so ....Booooooo on this place it's the perfect big fat you suck...!!! They say they're open until 9 but after I hurried to get there and got there at 8:25 the sign is on but the door was locked. I double check the sign and it says open til 9 daily. As I am sitting there trying to figure out what to do now; a worker comes to the door and asked if I was looking to place an order and I thought great! I said yes; he then said sorry! We stop taking orders at about 8:20...so this means they aren't open until 9 it means they are open til about 8:20!!! Jeez...that's just insane... read more

From the outside, this place isn't very impressive but their pizza isn't bad. My bf brought it home one night they were doing a $5 deal. Better than Little Caesar's.. **On another night I needed pizza dough for the pizza oven and couldn't find any anywhere until I called Perfect Pizza. I stopped in and and they sold me ready made pizza dough and sides for the pizza. Very friendly staff and helpful. They also have me pointers for my first time making pizzas! I will be back again. Rude rude rude Last week we ordered 4 pizzas and our order was messed up so the guy working was really apologetic and took my name down and said he would give me a 12.95 credit for next time.so tonight we were going to order 4 large pizzas and a large breadstick and I wanted use the credit. I was told no they would not honor it becsuse it needed to be used in 24 hours. First of all I was not told that and second why would I want to order pizza 2 days in a row. This guy I talked to was the manager in charge and was suoer rude. I asked to talk to his boss and was told to go to facebook and complain. We spend 200. A month and the would not honor my 12.95 credit. We also do all 4 of my kids birthday partys there. I will not be buying pizza or doing parties there anymore. I never complain when I get the wrong kind of pizza or when we get burned pizza I just suck it up but I will not put up with rude customer service. I have worked in customer service for 40 years never would I talk to a customer the way this kid spoke to me. I only gave one star so I could post i wasnt going to give any. read more

The past two times I've gone there I've had horror stories. I swore I'd never go there again and decided a year later to try them. We walked in and waited at the counter to be acknowledged and the girl says awkwardly "you want to order a pizza orrrr......." like OBVIOUSLY!! Than I'm sitting there for an hour waiting for my pizzas. They set them up on top of the stove for 20-30 minutes where I can clearly see them. So the original dude comes back from his lunch break I assume and gives them to me. I ask how long they've been sitting up there, being as I've been watching them cook and handle money and food without washing their hands. And I'm told "oh they were just put up there" a blatant lie to my face. I will NEVER go there again. They don't know how to treat customers. They don't even know how to interact with humans, or I thought until friends walk in and they socialize for 20 minutes neglecting other customers. Never again. The last two times we ordered pizza there we didn't get what we ordered ! Unlike a real restaurant where one can return the mistaken dish, one cannot return a pizza after it been taken home to find out its not what you ordered. Will try the other pizza shop Wild River next time ! read more

We ordered pizza on Sunday not super busy....they said 45 mins to an hour...we had to call after 1 hour and 15 mins then they said it will be another 20 mins...not impressed at all, when they finally showed up the pizza was cold as hell so you know it just sat there until someone got off their lazy ass to deliver...would not recommend!! read more

This place is a life saver for having there take and bake pizzas. Perfect for those long work days when you don't feel like cooking. My pizza is always the best. I only wish they could offer some more artisan type pizzas for a lower price like papa murphy's. I get a pizza from here at least twice a month. read more
