They told me nothing over 1/4 inch would be visible in the dirt, it was loaded with rocks 2 inches in diameter. The landscapers told me I got scammed and that they charged me for screened fill and gave me normal rocky fill. Top it all off. They told me on the phone they would drop the dirt off in the back yard. Guy shows up and says they wont go into back yard. Landscapers had to charge more to carry dirt ito the back yard. Only positive was that the driver Marshal was a nice guy. I defiantly will not call these guys back!

A short while later I received this text Hi James, You were told it was going to be a stop by between 9:30 -10:30 , it's only 10:35 , Please keep in mind that there is traffic. Sometimes are supervisor do get hold up at other appointment. Our supervisor will be there shortly , since this was not a meet but a stop by . ty No phone call just a text. Nor a call to tell me they are running late and an update on their arrival time. Hilmer and team deconstructed and moved (!!) one of the pillars to create a narrower opening where we added a gate and then extended the stone wall to enclose the entire yard. I was so nervous how this would look, but the stonework matches perfectly and we've been getting tons of compliments. We recently had our ancient cesspool filled in and a new septic system installed. While the septic installers did an awesome job filling-in and regrading, we had a lot of work to do in order to make it look presentable again. We also had to consider the settling that was likely to go on for up to several years in our plans. We called a few local landscaping companies including Papiro Landscaping, Inc. Papiro was by far the most professional, attentive and friendly company we met with. We hired them to fix our wall (rather than replacing it since settling was still likely to occur), sod the whole area, install proper drainage from our gutters underground and do some plantings in the front. The work came out wonderfully. They coordinated with our sprinkler company that installed some new heads to ensure the area was adequately covered, and did excellent work overall. Though we were warned it would be difficult to repair and match the wall, it came out looking better than it did before. We're very happy with the work and our interactions with them. I'd recommend them highly for any work and fully intend to call them again when we're ready for our next outdoor project.

The company was great, they came to the complex, took their time and spent at least 4-5 hours spraying down everything (over 140 units). When I asked them to check out my tree, they sprayed the webworms off and they never came back. Thank God. Since then, I've recommended them to my parents for my sisters backyard graduation party. Proper equipment is important, and the ability to get the job done properly with minimal influence to surrounding home or neighbor's properties is extremely important. I would not recommend this business to anyone requiring treatment of mature trees: their equipment is not modern or well-maintained enough to reach the crowns or tops of trees, leaving active problems without complete control.
