The gentleman corroborated a lot of the information I had found out through my own research. The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair. In the end, after being told by UBreakIFix and Apple that my data was unrecoverable and my computer would never turn on again, the folks at ThinqMac proved them wrong. A short while later I received this text Hi James, You were told it was going to be a stop by between 9:30 -10:30 , it's only 10:35 , Please keep in mind that there is traffic. Sometimes are supervisor do get hold up at other appointment. Our supervisor will be there shortly , since this was not a meet but a stop by . ty No phone call just a text. Nor a call to tell me they are running late and an update on their arrival time.
