One of my favorite Detroit clothing store to check out. Although the majority of clothing is men's style, they still have vintage accessories, select women's clothing/jeans to cop. Their quality Detroit-logo tees and hoodies are quite unique and the staff is helpful and informative if you need any assistance. I particularly enjoy the layout of the store- where everything is clean, bright, and the clothes are folded and displayed properly ;) It really amplifies the shopping experience! The store has a single changing room, not that it really matters but you can try things on and also doodle on the wall if you have some time to spare. This review is for their website and online store, as I live in Colorado and have never been to their brick-and-mortar store. If I ever make it to Michigan, I will definitely stop in! Their products are consistently high-quality and feature imaginative designs. One of my favorite shirts ever is a Detroit Tigers baseball shirt that I ordered from them (and proudly wear among the sea of purple Rockies shirts here in the 303). The "D" logo is made of felt lettering, which is rare to find in sports apparel. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! This is the best place to get unique, awesome clothing that is fashion forward and spreads the Detroit luv :) Shopped here numerous times while living in Michigan and I continue to order online from California. These people actually care about creating high-quality clothing from conception to long-term wear. I have sweaters from here that have survived stains, a TON of washing cycles, dog fur, rough weather, etc. and still look great! The screen printing is super high quality and never cracks/fades/etc. Plus, the designs are awesome! I ran into someone wearing a SMPLFD tee in LA the other day and we had a major bonding moment. Wanted to share I had a really wonderful experience shopping at the new-ish location today. I called ahead just to see if they had something in stock and when I got there they already had what I asked for pulled aside and in a bag! Once I arrived I was greeted promptly by someone (in a mask) and the open space made it feel really safe. Since I was there I asked what other stock they had and the gentleman that assisted me pulled down a bunch of totes and was just so kind and patient. It was super pleasant, and one of the best customer experiences I've had in maybe years. The only thing i wish was different was the stock levels. I would have bought at least 3-5 other items if they were in stock. All in all, wanted say great job to the team working there, and thank you for doing what you do :) read more

I've only gotten the chance to order things online, but they always come on time.. usually even sooner than expected. Always top quality! Shirts do run a little big if you're picky about size. They're a great fit! But if you usually get a large, for example, you could probably get away with a medium. At least with all the t- shirts I've ordered :) read more
