Had another company come in, they actually scoped the line, took 10 minutes.. they found the collapsed line, and then came back the next day and dug it up, fixed it for $600. They offered me a high efficiency Bosch inverter heat pump and it has worked so well that I couldn't even tell during winter that I did not have gas heat which is what I was really dreaded. They came out and installed very quickly and efficiently and took the old unit and cleaned up the yard.
