It is a relief to know that EBY employ professional technicians that take pride in their work and try to catch issues BEFORE they become a problem. Thank My tires were slipping in the snow and ice, my oil needed changing, a headlight was out, light on the dash said I had a problem with my exhaust system, and I was out of windshield washer fluid. Ernesto and Damon jumped onto my repairs and found my brakes were worn and my front right drive hub was seized in gear--no wonder my mileage was declining. All was repaired and tires replaced. I worked With the service Dept to find a time that they could perform the repairs to my oil pan. I was Told it would take 2-3 days and I needed Transportation. EBY arranged with Enterprise rental for a car at a discounted rate on Wednesday. Today is Friday and my truck is finished! EBY service always steps up to give excellent service and the staff is friendly and courteous. The sales department makes you happy but the Service department keeps you on the road.

May 2022 I purchased a vehicle here and I was talked into buying a warranty for $3500 at the time…read moreof purchase. Immediately after taking delivery I noticed there was an alignment issue when driving at highway speeds. This made me question that the car had been gone over thoroughly as the salesperson stated. My next visit was for service on a loose sway bar/ noise when cornering. The service manager informs me that the warranty claim was denied for the amount of $800. I started asking question about the amount he was now trying to charge me and what exactly was getting replaced. He backpedaled and lowered the amount for what turned out to be replacing the $100 end links. No wonder the warranty claim was denied. The following visit/ last visit. I bring the car in for check engine light. The car needed a drivers side oil control valve. The service manager tells me the warranty claim was denied for $1200 repair. He then informs me the dealership ended business with this warranty company and that they are now not covering claims as a result. He says I should cancel my warranty with them and try to get a refund. For good reason I look into the repair to get my car back on the road and can't understand how a $300 part direct from Subaru that has 4 bolts fastened onto the bottom of the car will cost $1200. I take the car home and purchased the part from Subaru and spent 20 minutes fixing issue completely. They sold me on a warranty and then abused the warranty company by over estimating repair costs which in turn left me with denied claims. I got 0 value out of the $3500 warranty they sold me on and I have now spent several months trying to get an unknown amount back as a refund. Finally just over a month ago I finally found out what that amount will be a measly $1,700 in which I'm still waiting for. If I had read a review like this to go off of I would have never stepped a foot in their door. Take it as you will... my take is they have zero integrity

James was our salesman, our finance person, the whole shebang--not like some other dealerships where you're shuffled from person to person, everybody trying to sell ya something (no hard selling here)--James was IT, in a nutshell, and we totally appreciated that fact, along with his "easy going" attitude. When things got a little 'rocky' during the deal, James kept his cool...he was calm, composed, and friendly with everyone involved... how awesome is that?!?
