I found Auto Import Specialist a few years ago. After receiving completely awful service for my Mercedes at the local 'beep beep' dealership, I needed a service center that was honest, fair, and that I could trust to work on my E-350 wagon. I have to tell you AIS fits the bill in every way! The service is exceptional, the guys are very customer oriented, and the work is stellar. I have been around awhile, have had many classic cars, and have been to many auto shops throughout the course of 60 years of driving. This place is head & shoulders above most. The technicians are very knowledgeable and trust worthy! They will work on domestic vehicles as well. I took my Ford Edge in to get the power steering looked at and they were reasonable. My wife's 2007 Honda CRV began to have intermittent starting issues. After it left her stranded for the second time she had the 3 year old battery replaced. Then it left he stranded again. So she took it to the local Honda dealer. They put it through the full litany of diagnostic tests and determined nothing was wrong, and of course charged her for that expert diagnosis. Then it left her stranded again.... She was afraid to stop anywhere. Then one of the guys I work with suggested I try AIS.
