I was ready to bail out but the reviews were very good and they're only 5 minutes away so I gave them a shot. When I picked up the car, I mentioned that the spark plugs would need to be replaced in the near future. Drew made a note and said he'd call or email with a quote for that. It's been 10 days so I doubt that quote is ever coming either. As far as I can tell the work was fine. Getting the quote was the difficult part. If a company isn't setup to respond to internet requests, that's fine...but they have to remove that option from their site if they're just ignoring them. I wasn't going to publish this review but the owner requested it. So here it is. Maybe I caught them during a really bad month? UPDATE - Used them a 2nd time (was sure to call this time vs email) to replace the hard to access spark plugs and they called to tell me that the plugs had already been replaced by the previous owner and that there was no need and would be no charge. Many places would have just replaced them needlessly or at least charged a fee to check them. Was very impressed!

Most shops were closed, but I called Jairo's shop around 7:30 PM -- and he answered! He told me to bring the car in on Monday. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and I ended up needing parts from the Mercedes dealer in Ft. Wayne. After I picked them up, Jairo stayed late (7:00-9:30 PM!) to do the repairs and get me back on the road safely. He knows his imports, charged a fair price, and didn't take advantage of the situation.
