I LOVED my entire experience with Dr. Baxter and the whole team at this location! I went in for a consultation because I needed my wisdom teeth removed (which I should have had removed about 10 years ago!) I was hesitant to have the procedure for so many years because I couldn't find an oral surgeon that I really loved or felt confident in. My husband (age 31) had an impacted wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Baxter a month ago which is when we first discovered how great this team is. We thought that my husband developed dry socket (because he went back to work immediately instead of resting) so we called Dr. Baxter on a Saturday morning. About 30 min later we received a call back from Dr. Baxter, and he even offered to meet us in the office that day or Sunday if we wanted to. Him and the whole staff were so genuinely nice, which is why I chose to go here as well. For my consult, I discussed my fear of IV Sedation. Dr. Baxter and the staff were great at working with me in coming up with alternative ways to do the procedure (nitrous oxide), and explained to me in detail what I could expect from the experience. I never felt pressured. They were all very knowledgeable in answering my questions, and I never felt rushed in talking about my fears. The actual removal was excellent. Since I was not IV Sedated they assured me that they would pull as many wisdom teeth as I was comfortable with and that we could stop at any time. They were also very attentive in making sure that I never felt any pain whatsoever. For the recovery process they sent me home with a paper that clearly listed what to do and not do. I still had a few questions come up over the first 2 weeks, and every time I called they happily answered my questions, made sure I had enough pain medication (which I didn't have very much pain afterwards), and always welcomed me to call anytime or come back in if I had any more concerns. I truly had a wonderful experience. I found every single person in this office to be friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable. I recommend this office to everyone. read more

I hardly ever am able to write good reviews about any place that I encounter, but Perfect Teeth Oral Surgery deserve it! When my dentist told me I was going to have to have my wisdom teeth removed, I was scared mainly because of the fact of horrible dentists I have had in the past. I put off seeing Doctor Nathan Baxter, his assistant, and the two extremely nice, knowledgeable receptionists for a little over a year due to my anxiety with dentists and my experience in the past. That may have been one of the silliest things I have ever done. Upon arriving for my appointment I had made to see what they would be able to do for me, I knew it would be ok after being greeted. Throughout the whole appointment I became less and less nervous. Dr Baxter has to be the nicest dentist I have and most likely will ever meet. He made me feel welcome and not like I needed to worry about a bad experience. When it actually came the date of my actual surgery, I again was very nervous. All of the staff once again helped me feel better with kind words and made me feel welcome in their office. Dr Baxter could see that I was literally shaking before my surgery and kindly gave me anxiety medication which helped almost instantly. I do not remember anything after that. All I know is I woke up and felt fine, only exhausted. After my experience with this oral surgeon office I have to say I am no long as afraid to be in a dental office. This has to be the best dental experience I have ever had. I highly suggestion anyone who needs a form of oral surgery done to go and see this wonderful office. I am taking my time to come here sign up and write a review because I believe this business deserves it. I was so scared to get my wisdom teeth out for over a month after I had my consultation. All the horror stories I heard from my coworkers and all the crazy videos I saw on YouTube. I was set to see Dr. Baxter. Yesterday my mom and I got to perfect teeth and I was so nervose I couldn't sit down. Dr Baxter was so kind to me. He was very understanding about my worries and was making jokes and being very nice and silly to get my mind off of what was about to take place. Him and his assistant were very friendly and got my started with some oxygen through the nose to relax me. Next was an I.V in the arm which the poke was tiny and non existent. Then some medicine in the I.V to relax me and then the sleepy medicine. I went right to sleep and all of a sudden they tell me "you're done" I sat up I wasn't out of it I knew where I was. I asked for a little more pain meds cause my teeth were achy and Dr. Baxter gave me two numbing shots on each side of my mouth. I got up and walked out of the office normally with the help of the very sweet assistant. Staff at the front desk is very friendly and said bye to me on the way out while joking with me about my awesome hair :) I was prescribed Tylenol with Codeine which after 17 hours have still not needed to take. Bleeding stopped a few hours after surgery. I was comfortably numb the remainder of the night. I have been taking herbs and ibuprofen to help with the swelling. I am in no pain at all and I am no longer numb. I can not begin to thank Dr. Baxter and the staff here enough. I am so happy with my experience. I will be sending everyone I know here. read more

My experience at Perfect Teeth was perfectly wonderful. I delayed the removal of my wisdom teeth a couple decades too long, but Dr. Baxter and the supporting staff were all very experienced in dealing with my situation. They provided a pleasant atmosphere, fantastic attitudes and excellent treatment. Given my age, Dr. Baxter was forthcoming about possible complications, however unlikely, as well as providing alternatives and recommendations. I elected for IV sedation which, from my perspective, was a great choice since I don't remember anything. Recovery has been easy with almost no pain. It's been about a month and a half, and the collected food particles have decreased to almost nothing as it heals. A waterpik has definitely been my friend. I noticed a bone fragment starting to protrude last week from one of the affected areas. Dr. Baxter informed me in advance that this was one of those unlikely events that could be left alone for the body to naturally push out, or he could help it out if I preferred. I chose to have him remove it, so he numbed it up, plucked it out, and had me on my way 10 minutes later, once again with no pain. In a nutshell, I'm a very satisfied customer. All my thanks to Dr. Kim and the staff of Perfect Teeth on 120th! I had my wisdom teeth out a few weeks ago and like most people I was very apprehensive about the procedure and all the possible side effects. Jeff got me in for a consultation and he took the time to explain the procedure, healing process, and follow-up in detail. After speaking with him, Dr. Kim sat down with me and went into depth about the procedure based on the condition of my teeth. His explaining was so detailed--- I didn't have any follow up questions--and I had gone in there with a list of things I was going to ask!! :) Overall my experience was very positive and so easy! I only had to take off three days from work and after the weekend I was ready to go back Monday morning. I was very impressed by the level of compassion I received from the entire staff. My 19 year old daughter went in to have her wisdom teeth extracted. It was her first experience with any surgery, sedation, or needles. The whole staff comforted her and assured her all would be well. The whole procedure only took 20 minutes and Dr. Kang did an excellent, efficient, and professional job. I have already recommended this office to several people. There was a picture on the wall of a meadow with purple flowers and a mountain range in the background. We video taped my daughter on the way home because we heard people say very humorous things after these procedures. My daughter was hilarious. She kept talking about how she had gone into the purple meadow. She said she was sad they woke her up because she never got to climb the mountains. She said she felt so at peace in the meadow with the purple flowers. My daughter and I had a great experience with Dr. Kim at the Perfect Teeth in Broomfield. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth out and at our consultation meeting in March Dr. Kim went into great detail about what would happen at the surgery, including any risks that were involved. It wasn't urgent that she have them out, so we opted to wait until July when she was out of school to have the procedure done. We are thrilled with the results, again before the surgery started the nurse (I'm sorry I don't recall her name, but she was great) went into great detail with me on what was happening as well as things Brianna needed to do after the procedure. Dr. Kim even called after Brianna's surgery to check on how she was doing, not many Dr.s do that these days. I have another daughter and if she has to have her wisdom teeth out we will go back to Dr.Kim. All of the staff at the office were really friendly too. read more

Dr. Baxter and the whole team at Perfect Teeth are awesome. My 13 year old son had to get four wisdom teeth extracted , and I was nervous about my child having to be put under anesthesia. Everyone in the office was so friendly and reassuring. My son really felt comfortable and sailed right in to get this surgery. He had it on a Friday and was back to school Monday. I am so happy I went to Dr. Baxter. He is so good at what he does. To add icing on the cake, they accept all major insurance plans and I was able to use coverage from both myself and my spouse's plan. I have to say Nathan Baxter and his entire office (lee and his assistant anesthesiologist) are simply amazing. I recently had to have an extraction. They made sure I was comfortable, told me every step of the way what was next and let me know charges up front. I know it sounds crazy but I have a warm memory from the dentist office :-) Ok, maybe it was the laughing gas?? I only wish Nathan was a dentist too not just an oral surgeon.
